When one befalls the unfortunate experience of having a broken laptop screen, that person would want to get a new screen that works quite quickly; my screen arrived less than a week after being ordered, shipping from across the country (that would probably be more thanks to UPS). The only problem was needing to take the computer apart, since I am not a certified computer technician, so I may have done some things less-than-perfectly; however, the important thing is that the screen works, which it does. Ordering and finding the right screen was simple.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a laptop screen replacement of rather unusual size (14") and found it immediately thanks to the very good website. Only downside, I had to wait several weeks until laptopscreen restocked the item. Then it appeared in Canada, so I had to pay for shipping to the EU even though there is a laptopscreen UK department. I still saved some money over any other vendor I looked into due to the very low original price. And the screen works just fine.

Twice now have I gone to this place to have my laptop screen to be repaired. The gentlemen that looked at my laptop said that it would take about 10 days to get repaired, they called me this morning on the 5th day informing me that they've finished and its ready to come home. Flopped out of bed and came right over, again I was very pleased with the repairs and the price was quite reasonable! They're always very polite, funny and helpful but more importantly, I trust them! I have ordered several screens from this company and found them to be very reliable.
When there was a question on whether or not I may have miss-ordered, they called me with appropriate information to confirm that the screen I had ordered would be appropriate.
The screens are well packed and insulated, which makes for a very safe arrival. Scheduled time of delivery is usually met or exceeded. This is good because I have clients waiting for their laptops to be repaired and it maintains my reputation when I am able to deliver as promised.

Shipping was quick and this site is doing a good service by telling people how easy it is to change one's own laptop screen.
But they sent me a different model screen that the one I ordered. The screen works, but the site gives you the clear impression that you'll get exactly the same screen, and apparently do not always follow through on that.
That said, I was able to replace a broken screen for $70 (plus 30 minutes of my time) rather than $250 for a professional job. The videos are helpful. They do simply things a little bit. For example, you need a *very* small screwdriver to remove the screen, and it's tedious to replace the tiniest screws.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm extremely happy with the product and service that I received from you! My new screen arrived within a week (even though I only paid for standard postage), which almost never happens with international orders even with priority shipping! The condition of the screen is excellent (as I would expected for a brand new item), the packaging was robust, and the price was very reasonable. Product was well packaged and in good shape. Worked great out of packaging and is still working strong a month later. Only time will tell if the part will last as long as it should, but as of right now i see no reason for it not to. Prices were a little high but most of that was due to the fact that you have to choose a quick shipping option. While i understand for some that may have been a priority, it wasnt for me. Standard shipping would have been fine. The screen did arrive within the expected time frame though, so that shows the company can process orders in a timely manner.

The site is easy to use with common sense explanations when there is any shadow of doubt. I was able to order with confidence that it would be the right screen. I got it in no time and was able to install it myself without any trouble other than trying to hold small screws with long fingernails.
My daughter is so thrilled that for under $100 her brand new computer is fixed rather than trashed. Best Buy wanted $400 to fix it!

We bought a replacement screen for one of our corporate Dell laptops whose lid was closed on a pen.

The replacement arrived quickly, and was packed well. Time and effort is obviously dependent on your laptop model, but for us it was a 10 minute job, with lots of youtube videos available describing the process.

The company also has discount incentives to individuals who create and post a video of their installation. Great idea to save money, and makes for a lot of well documented installation videos.

My new go to place for screens.

To find the correct part was so easy (I even could compare the picture, wow) and the ordering process was very smooth.

As a self employed Network Engineer/ PC & Laptop Specialist I can't afford to have delays or parts that don't fit or don't work. I've purchased several different types of screens from laptopscreen.com to repair everything from Compaq, IBM, Toshiba, Dell, and Sony laptops. I damaged my screen by accident and was worried about find the correct part to fit. I know I went for the more expensive screen and I'm glad I did. Thank goodness for you guys! Spent only around $200 instead of buying a whole new gaming laptop! (I did the repair myself)
