LCS screen on one of my laptops got damaged and laptop became completely unusable. These guys need something higher than a 5 star, like the google +1 maybe. Really easy to deal with, fantastic prices; and guess what... the lcd works and isn't cracked like some of the other vendors my company uses on a weekly basis. The quickest $100.00 I have ever wasted! I guess these people decided my money doesn't warrant a great product or good customer service. No reply to service tickets. Poor phone skills. Very fast expedition. Prices are lower then on ebay. There are very good youtube video tutorials how to change the screen. Everything worked perfectly well for me. It's been two weeks and no glitches. Very happy and would highly recommend.
Just as advertised and new screen arrived safely because it was well packed. Installation was helped by a cool website that showed step-by-step procedure. When completed, my laptop works great again. Price was fair and only time will tell if the screen was a good deal, but so far, I think it is.

All I can do is comment on my own experience here. I had drop damage to a screen on an Acer Aspire. I shopped around and found the cheapest price on laptopscreen.com. I don't recall the actual checkout experience, but it must not have been bad or I would remember it. They shipped the next day, the screen arrived 2 days later, and I installed it myself with confidence I gained by replacing my keyboard. It had been working fine for a couple of months and actually had a lot less glare than the factory screen. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here, but doubt that everyone is outright lying. Strange.

Stumbled across this site when my son broke his screen on two month old laptop purchased for college. I got my order exactly 2 weeks after ordered. It is easy to install. Took me, amateur computer user, less than 5 minutes. Happy with the product and quality. They offered $20 rebate if I make a quality video of installation, but I did not because I have a very strong accent. I don't think they would approve the quality of my video so NO. Very nice of them for offering.
One drawback is that I pay an extra $27,95 for border fee at the time I pick up the package they sent even I paid $35 for shipping fee already.
The cost of the screen is $108,79 but ended up paying $199. For a full time student it is kind of hurt.

Found your website on a YouTube video, how to replace a screen. Found the screen selection process very easy and straight forwards, absolutely no problem. Same i say for check out and email updates. On top i had the new screen in Sydney Australia a week later. Fitting was a piece of cake and it worked with no problems.

Great pricing and a 3-year warranty! That's a better deal than most other replacement screen vendors offered! The initial screen quality is very high and it took a whopping 15 minutes to swap screens out on my laptop. If only I would have taken the time to set up a camera and provided Laptop Screen with a new video (the guy who did the one for my laptop model said it took much longer than required).
