Easy to find proper screen for product I had. Fanstatic how to vedio. Recieved 2 day earler than expected and a good fair price. Very pleased with this company which was very professonal. Will choose them first next time I am in need.

Not getting into the fray here. My one experience with them was just fine: I was able to correctly identify the type of screen I needed to replace my Dell Inspiron screen (after is was dropped) using the site's info guide; I found the price reasonable after comparing their rpice with another on-line dealer and Office Depot's "estimate"; the screen arrived when promised; the "How to" video was right on the money; and the screen worked perfectly right away.

IMHO, if this is the way they do business they don't need to invent positive reviews. ~ Daniel K, Dallas, TX

I had my WUXGA laptop screen start to fail so I call my mfg and they said $450 approx. I found the correct screen at LapTopScreen and then looked at the reviews. I saw enough of good reviews to make me order the screen. I did not make a mistake, it was exactly the same 1900x1200 screen my dell had. Works perfectly and hopefully it will out last the laptop for the next 3 - 5 years. Excellant transaction and shipped to house 2 days quicker than I expected. Regards, David

I recently ordered a replacement screen for a HP laptop, was necessary to remove original screen & compare to pictures on websight to get the correct screen. The new screen shipped quickly, was well packaged & worked perfectly wheh I installed it.To be honest, I was a little concerned with the low price (I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for)but was pleasantly suprised with the quaility & function of the replacement screen. Will use laptopscreen.com in the future. Thanks!

Terrible!

Terrible! If I ever need a new screen again, I'll be ordering it from someone local. Ever heard that Canadians are terrible business people? If not, just know that it very well may be true! Every single time I called customer service they were rude and had a very crappy attitude towards me no matter how nice I was to them. I also used all of their website guidlines to help me choose the right screen but I was guided to the wrong screen. They made me pay the shipping to return the wrong screen, plus the shipping of the correct screen back to me. That made a total of $45 in shipping alone! When I politly asked them to at least credit me one shipping charge, the message I got back was very rude and full of! Was it really nessasary for the customer service guy to write back with a message full of!? I don't think so. What an $#*!. Also, it took 9 days to get my first screen from them. I'll never do business with them again and reccomend that nobody else does either.

Customer ordered an LED backlit screen, although a CCFL backlit screen was originally installed in customer's laptop, and this two types of screens are not interchangeable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what screen Size, Resolution and Back-Light their computer has prior to ordering. EMachine E442-V133, as many other laptops, have shipped with multiple LCD options, and we list every possible option on our website. Both FedEx and UPS charge money to ship parcels from one point to another, and we do have to charge shipping every time an item is shipped. After carefully inspecting the support ticket conversation, we are not seeing any inappropriate or questionable replies, 5 out of 6 replies in the support ticket came-in in under 10 minutes.
However we do take customer service very seriously, and we would welcome any specific information such as exact call times and employee names to be submitted to management by contacting us at 1-855-630111 M-F 7:00am - 6:00pm.

I am a "real person" who had no idea there were all kinds of issues with this company until I clicked to review my purchase. I had NO PROBLEM at all with my purhcase. Ordered a replacement screen, got it within a few days, installed it and it is perfect. My experience was perfect - I got a great screen for a great price.

First off it is a legit website don't let the crappy early 2000s website throw you off.

(to the representatives of laptopscreens - get a better website design it's not expensive and you will seem a lot more legitimate and get way more business)

Prices were good, couldn't find my model screen anywhere else. (HP envy dv6 1920x1080)
Shipping was prompt came 2 days before expected date.
Quality is debatable, It is a working screen, with good brightness no dead pixels of the sort. But it's noticeably less sharp then my original screen wouldn't say blurry but still less clear.

Overall good selection, shipping speed, and price.
At least for my screen the original is visibly better.

Screen was inexpensive, arrived quickly and undamaged. Installation took a half hour, and it looks better than new now. So glad what looked like a destroyed laptop turned out to be a simple, $50 fix.

My experience with this comany was simply outstanding and I am very grateful to them. The site enabled me to identify exactly what screen I required (it was an unusal model that had dual invertor connections), they had it in stock and they dispatched it to New Zealand for a modest shipping cost that was less than a number of sites I looked at. I had the screen within 5 days of it being shipped, it fitted without trouble and is actually better than the original screen that came with the laptop.

I am more than satisfied and have recommended them to several other people.

LaptopScreen had options in screens, I went with a matte finish to replace a shiny glossy screen, love it! Shipping was right on time, even a day earlier. Definitely will look here first next time.
