My bank thankfully declined the transaction on time, and now they constantly sending me messages with Fake PayPal in voices "LaserPointerPro would like to remind you to pay invoice #*******. Amount $103.44" "*******@paypal.com"
They seem to block negative reviews. I have attempted a few times, so I know this is the case. My laser is 50,000 green laser. It has a cycle max of 30 seconds. I typically use 10 second bursts so as not to get even close to the 30 seconds. It was very bright, but after 3 months, of say 12 times using this laser, it no longer works. The take away is that these are not durable toys. It took over a month to receive this laser.
I ordered a laser, and waited 7 weeks to get an empty box full with bubble wrap, this is what americans should be pissed off about these bull$#*! countries screwing america $#*! china and $#*! all of there bull$#*!
I ordered a laser before reading the terrible one star reviews. I immediately contacted them to cancel. Their reply was that they could not find my order. Four days later it arrived. I contacted them again and sent pictures of their packaging showing that they sent me the laser. Their response was that they have no record. Attempting to stop payment with my credit card company.
Ordered a laser pointer, about two weeks later received an email saying:
"We are regret to inform you that the current free logistics channel has been suspended by the post office.
Only Express Mail Shipping are left.
Because the unit price of your product is too low. Our paid logistics costs are higher.
So you need to make up for the logistics costs.
You need to make up the shipping fee of $18.99.
The following is the link to make up the shipping fee. Please pay in time so that we can ship you sooner."
I wrote back noting that this is ridiculous and requesting a refund. I am not holding my breath.
While I was impressed with the laser I purchased (while it was working), it just stopped working seemingly for no reason. I did not drop it or get it wet. I contacted customer support and was told I should purchase another one since it lasted for more than a year and they would not be able to help me with a repair as the products come from China (should have guessed). Save yourself the time and money and find a laser made in the USA (or at least not China) if you want / expect such an expensive and seemingly high quality laser to actually work for longer than a year or so.
Extremely shady company. Ordered something, then found out about the bad reviews and that they sell over-specced lasers and lasers that don't exist. Requested to cancel, they refunded, but now weeks later, they are sending me an invoice to an old paypal account.
Order #*******: Either they sent defective or wrong green laser. Four email requests for RMA for over a week now and NOTHING! No phone number either.
I'm calling my credit card co. And see what they recommend. Very sad when sellers take your money and then become impossible to contact. STAY AWAY!
Never buy here. They do not respond to emails, don't ship product and if you do receive something it doesn't work. They are, as stated elsewhere, a cheap Chinese knockoff with false advertising - powers of lasers ae NOWHERE near as advertised. Cheap junk marked up 5x. Positive reviews are plants from the company.
I stopped my order at the billing page,
Looked for some reviews and thankfully found this site here (sitejabber)
I did not finish my order and did not submit any billing information.
I now received a receipt from them via paypal and a email that I should finish my order...
Nope, not going to do that.
This company lies about every laser it advertises and you will not only get a laser at least ten times weaker than they say but you will pay three times more for it. They advertise lasers that are ******* mw and all the way to *******mw and the fact is lasers that powerful do not exist. The most powerful handheld laser in the world is 7500 mw. And it can be bought for 400$ well under the 1300 or 1500$ this site sells them for. Take it from me I got took when I first started collecting. Do not buy from these guys they are complete crooks and everything you read is a lie. I ask you to look for yourselves and you will see that I am telling the truth. If you are looking for a great site to buy a laser from go to Sanwu they are honest and build the best quality lasers
I ordered a 5000mw red laser to replace a 5mw red laser. The 5mw has the class rating label and a keyed safety switch that the FDA requires on all light emitting devices. The one they sent me has neither of these and it has no more power than the 5mw. They advised that the beam is adjustable by turning the head. I took the head off and there is nothing in the head, unlike my 5mw which has a lens inside it. I even sent them a picture of a pencil in the laser head. Gonna file a complaint with the FDA and Consumer Affairs offices.
I purchased one of these expensive lasers and it does not perform as advertised! I tried contacting them 4 times with no response! I would return it for a refund but no one contacts you back. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!
I ordered the
LT-*******LGF 3000mw 450nm Pure Blue Beam Light Multi-functional Rechargeable Laser Pen Set Black from laserpointerpro.com It is great! It burns, light matches and does a lot more including laser shows. I recieved it within10 days, everything intact. I love it! I am very satisfied.

I read numerous negative reports just after placing an order from LaserPointerPro which made me slightly edgy but the laser arrived ahead of schedule and was as powerful as advertised. Highly recommended.
The laser arrived after 2 weeks, but first of all it is HUGE, not the pointer I was expecting. Second, it has no batteries so doesn't work! It needs a special battery that has to be bought on a different site altogether and costs $20! What
A scam!
Never received them. I ordered 2 lasers and it was transferred to 3 different shippers. Finally USPS ended up with it and claimed they delivered it to my mailbox at 5:42 pm. I have cameras on my building and there was NO mail delivery that day. After sending laserpointerpro the camera footage they still told me too bad. 16 e-mails between them and me and hours of my time back and forth to the post office. Chinese company with broken english e-mails. I am disputing the card charges.
I ordered two green lasers of the 301 series at different times, a 500 mw and a 1000 mw. Both came fairly quickly, and both worked well. In both cases I paid an additional $6.00 postage due to the post office. I think because the forwarding company in Sacramento generated an address barcode that was a duplicate, and incorrectly identified the Rural Route, based on the postal worker's explanation. The shell was well constructed from aluminum, and the keys were stamped and a bit flimsy. I found I could remove a section of the barrel and switch out lithium battery types for about the same power. What I didn't like was the momentary switch, way too light an activation, so I electrical-taped a rubber washer around the switch to prevent accidental operation, and turn it on with my fingernail now. I would like to see how accurate the power rating is for these due to the cheap price, but all the reviews do is trash the return service, so they aren't very helpful. I will buy from them again, no real issues to complain about.
These are a nice comfortable size for holding, and they have a good strong beam. My two kittens love these. I also use the flashlight to search for them in their dark hiding spots when I can't find them, so these laser pointers serve a double-duty! They've been perfect so far.
I received mine as a gift for sharing a post on facebook. They were very friendly and quick to ship it out. I received it about a week after it was shipped, which is impressive considering it came from China!
The laser pointer itself is awesome. It's by far, the brightest laser I've ever seen. The lock on it is a nice touch to make sure kids don't play with it.
Well done!
Answer: Why not try to buy on laserpointerstore.com. A recommend laser store by laser pointer forums.
Answer: I would reccomend a 200mw if you need it for under 20$ or a 1 watt if you can spend 90$
