Good app with all needed tools. I've been using it happily for a solid 5 months, and I don't have any significant complaints.

Hello, I am Sebastian and I started to have a healthy life. This app, Lasta, is helping me a lot, thanks to it I can keep track of my meals, drinks, training and rest on a daily basis. I'm sure it can help everyone, it has even made it easier for me to prepare my breakfasts, before it was impossible for me to know what I was going to eat.
The exercises are very simple and quick to understand, it does not mean that they are easy to do.
I leave you in detail everything I thought of this app, my trainers have advised me to use it and that I should definitely use the premium version since I moved alone and I don't know how to do many things without having instructions from other people.

The app is very complete, it was very difficult for me to find what to add to it, so I am going to highlight its virtues.
