CS resolved my login issue withіn 24 hours giving a prompt and helpful response.
I signed up for this app in October 2024 with an introductory price of $20. I have already been charged twice in the amount of $90 for the month of November. I have contacted customer service through e-mail numerous times with no response. When you call the phone number, it says it is not accepting phone calls. I have canceled my subscription and have requested a refund for the 2 charges. As I've read other reviews, this seems to be a trend of over billing people with no resolution through customer service. I just want to be refunded and my subscription canceled. I would not sign up for this app unless you want unwanted charges with no resolution.
Update: Almost a week later, and still no reply or word from the company. I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. Don't be fooled by the company's response on this website. They seem to have no intention on making this right. Just give me my money back.
