It's a SCAM!

Pathetic customer service. I can't even see out of my progressives and they refuse to fix it. Yes, they are very good at telling you what the policy is in their replies. I CAN'T SEE with these glasses on! I have already been in contact with customer service, and they are not going to do anything to make this right. What a SCAM this company is! Don't order the special because they don't make it right because it's a special. I now have useless glasses. Calling my bank to get my money back! I should have seen that 33% of their reviews are 1 star! Bad business when 1/3 of your reviews are terrible.

Here is the constant response from them. Instead of making the prescription correct they want to offer me a coupon. What a joke. They didn't make the first glasses I ordered correct. Do yourself a favor and put your hard-earned money towards a reputable glass company. Now I have glasses I can't even wear!

I've been wearing glasses for more than 20 years and ordered online for the last 10 years, I know all about frame size, PD and I have strong myopia, therefore I pay alot of attention to these details. The problem with my order was the frame itself, the dimensions on the website vs the dimensions of the frame: numbers written on the side arm, there not the same at all. As a result the frame was much larger for my face, as it did not respect PD, lenses where much thicker also than what I have ordered 1.67 index. Lastly, the vision is not good with the glasses and the frame is cheap. After numerous messages, verifications on their side (prescription and PD) and pictures on messenger, I realized that they are frustrating scammers. They do not want to take responsability that they made a mistake on their site, they brush off their mistake as I do not know what I'm talking about and sold me cheap ill fitting frames and lenses which are unweable. After reading reviews I realized that they are not a trustable company. They do not want to fully refund the lenses and I have to return the product at my own expense for their mistake. Only solution they provide is to exchange, and throw more money at these scammers. I already made peace with the fact that I will never get my money back, but I want to inform other people to not make the same mistake as me and take your business elsewhere: zenni, eyebuydirect and clearly are good and trustable businesses. TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I got my bifocals reasonably fast, left lens is fine, right lens is completely wrong. Lensmart goofed on the cylinder reading on my RX and then tried to blame ME for the error. Said I wrote it wrong on the order form! I didn't fill out an order form; I sent them the RX and THEY filled it out wrong. I was an optician for 22 years and didn't have a successful practice by messing up RXs! They offered to refund me the price for my frame: $6. It would be laughable if this outfit wasn't so crooked. They then said they would remake the bad lens if I paid again. Their answer is always "lenses are a custom product and cannot be sold twice". Yeah, that's why you want to make them correctly the FIRST time, because if you don't the company must absorb the cost, not the customer! See incorrect RX information in the 2 photos. False advertising, NO real refund policy, NO customer service, and the quality of the goods is terrible. Add to that the fact that they do all this work OUTSIDE OF THE US. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY OUTFIT.

Please! Please! Don't buy anything on line from these scamers. They are stealing your money, they did not send my prescription, the minute I put them on my face I got a headache instantly and could not even see what the look like on face in the mirror, the headache lasted two days. I took them my eye doctor for proof, and they weren't even close to my prescription, they said I put in the wrong prescription, which is a straight up lie. The prescription never changed but was correct the first two orders. Then after proof from my eye doctor they deleted my account, so you can't see the order with my correct prescription. Then asking to send more money to correct them. They are being investigated, not to mention the BBB had given them a F rating. I have contacted my bank as well they are investigating them and has reversed the charges. They are not in this country so do your research, or you will be very disappointed. My doctor said they will be posting in all their offices of the scam. Because it's not the first time, thank God Visionworks is is state wide in the USA. I have contacted the US Sales Commission office about them a well. Do not go on their site to check for their reviews. Research all the other sites the have a two star reviews from wrong prescriptions to not receiveing they eyeglasses at all. Their customers service don't reply to until around 2:30 am while your asleep, meaning they are not in the US. The first time they eye glasses came from NY, second time MO, this time from someone name Jane no last name and not a real address in the US. Also most reviews on Facebook are fake, and anyone who post their scam on Facebook, the block you. They are looser, stealing money from people instead of working a real job. Also I have Vision insurance, purchase legit eyeglasses for a lower price.

Horrible lenses

I have never ordered online before and won't ever again. The worst prescription lenses ever made. Then I want to return, well that's a whole other thing. They blame my optometrist for the wrong prescription... really I guess the proper lenses that I have now from my optometrist are not working. I took this company to my credit card company to revoke payment. Cheap is okay for fun frames but if you want to actually use them to see clearly the lenses are probably recycled. They won't take any responsibility for their lousy product, but why would they? Idiots like me are lining up to buy crap.
Horrible company, horrible products ‼
