Very easy to order. Delivery through email was great. Had the test through labcorp - that was outstanding. Results were delivered quickly.

5 days after I submitted my online order, the tracking service indicated that the USPS had not received the item. I brought this fact to the attention of LE and was told to wait and see if it would be delivered the next day! I asked how we could expect it to be delivered the next day when the carrier did not have the item! Repeat and repeat. I called back to get another customer service person, who quickly understood the situation and sent a replacement.
