I never received what I paid for. I did get one message saying I should have gotten an email with the lab order. I've sent three vaccine. I don't have it and it's been silence ever since. Not sure how I can possibly review this any other way than to say that it was a horrible waste of money and this has not been fixed yet.

Don't order around the holidays

I ordered my form just before the new year's holiday. Only got one email confirming that the company got the order and waited the 3-5 business days that it said. I understand it is the holidays and was being patient, but then I got the review email before receiving a shipping email or any status update.

The collagen peptide itself is a quality product, but the jar arrived only half full, which is disappointing—especially at this price point. Competitor brands offer the same, if not better, quality with full containers for the exact cost. Additionally, after promoting your products, I discovered that all the affiliate links return 'Access Denied.' We rely on these commissions to fund our campaigns, so this issue needs to be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Haven't received package yet

I ordered about a week ago four different supplements that I buy from LE from time to time. The order went fine. But the shipping to California is ridiculous. It is so slow! That's why I buy LE supplements on Amazon throughout the year. I get the shipment within a day or two. So I did it this time but I won't order direct from LE especially in the summer months when the heat outside could affect the product. I'm hoping the package will arrive today. It has been stuck in California up north for the last few days...

Blood test, a little tricky

When choosing the blood test, it wasn't simple to figure out that once i chose the Test Subject, i had to choose Edit to choose that i wanted a requisition to LapCorp. Edit for me means to overtype the name of the person doing the test. Maybe replace the edit button with customize, or options, or add a requisition button.

Did not receive shipment
February 5, 2025

I placed an order after talking with my doctor, shipments was to arrive 1/21/25, and to date it has not been delivered. According to tracking it left NJ went to ND then IL then on to OH and finally Pittsburgh PA, I live in Johnstown, PA, so I'm hoping to receive it soon. I really didn't expect for it to take that long.
