Is this 1985? I guess I'm used to 2 day shipping but I checked tracking and it's not even close to being in my state. I hope the product is worth it!

I try to add things to my auto ship, but it never works. I generally like the vitamins; they don't seem to contain ingredients that cause sensitives.

I called customer service as I placed my order on 12.02. The site said orders ship within 24 hours. It's 12.08 and my order has still not shipped. I never received a call after I was told I would get one from customer service. I sent customer service an email. I never received an email on my order.

5 days after I submitted my online order, the tracking service indicated that the USPS had not received the item. I brought this fact to the attention of LE and was told to wait and see if it would be delivered the next day! I asked how we could expect it to be delivered the next day when the carrier did not have the item! Repeat and repeat. I called back to get another customer service person, who quickly understood the situation and sent a replacement.

Today I received a call from the team at life extension regarding my recent blood work. I found that two tests weren't done due to not enough blood collected. The lady I spoke to was wonderful and a perfect example of a great customer service experience should be. She is an asset to Life Extension. Every thing was sorted quickly and easily. What a wonderful company to do business with! High quality products and excellent customer service! Thank you!
