I was very happy with my delivery. All items were shipped with no problems. I also want to say that the light bulbs seem to be a lot brighter than the ones I have been using.
Order came quickly and delivered intact. The website was easy to order from. I didn't have to wait a long time to receive my lightbulbs and they were all in good shape.

APS gave out free light bulbs, so I "ordered" them and they came in really fast. They were in a small box and packaged well. 6 LED bulbs. No issues at all.
Ordered BB******* bulbs for Christmas, but was concerned they may turn out to be orange. I'm delighted that they are actually red. The service was excellent, including packaging to prevent breakage.

We ordered some LED light bulbs at a deep discount in partnership with our energy supplier. The bulbs exceeded our expectations, as did the fast shipping. We will definitely order again!
I purchased a highly desired large and expensive holiday fixture and it arrived in an open torned box which I reported on December 12. There were no instructions included and the brackets/ fasteners to attach the stand to fixture were missing. Customer service told me to contact FedEx to make a claim and FedEx told me claims must be filed by shipper. I followed up with Lightblubs.com for a return as the stand could not be attacked to the fixture. I never opened the bag of bulbs or installed them nor did I remove the zip ties from the fixture. It was too late to receive a replacement to enjoy for the current holiday season and the warranty was limited 1 year. It took customer service almost 30 days to finally respond and send me a FedEx return label on January 11 and Lightblubs.com deducted $41 for the cost of the return shipment. Customer service responses are limited to email communications and often they do not respond timely. The cost of the return shipment should not have been my responsibility as the box was missing an items to attach the bracket to the base as I recently confirmed with a neighbor whose sister-in-law has the same item.
When I put the first lightbulb in it brightened up the room. I am very pleased with this light bulb and with lightbulbs.com and will be ordering my lightbulbs from them from now on.
