The product is great! My real review is to highlight the amazing customer service I received after being sent a faulty lamp. They made this process very simple. Another lamp was sent out immediately without even having to send back the old lamp which can be a pain. No complaints here!

Easy to order, correct size and arrived quickly

I could not find what was needed at the big box store therefore I got on line by doing a Google search. I knew the size therefore once i found this product it was a matter of its arrival to see it it would work, and it did

I truly wish we would have invested in this sooner. It is made life so much easier being able to use an app to control the temperature. My heater is running less because it's so much more accurate. Being able to program it to be cooler at night while we are asleep and while we are not at home has been really convenient. I'm excited to see the savings that it brings.

When I called, I was able to speak with a rep quickly. Even quicker, the rep comprehended what my problem was and said they would take care of it... The conversation was so quick that I thought my issue would slip though the cracks but sure enough the rep did what the said and my problem was resolved.

I would buy from them again and support this company that offers options on purchasing that other big retailers do not.

The bulb (fluorescent) was the way to go a few years ago. So my new bath light was just that. Now you can't find them anywhere. So as a retired custodian I remembered having to go online to find bulbs for the church I worked at. Don't remember if this was the same company but, it sure was cheaper than replacing the whole fixture. I have a few lights that take weird bulbs, so I know where I will be shopping.
