This order turned out better than what I thought. I ordered the right quantity using my guestimation. I was going after magnolias that had that rubbery material to make them feel a little bit real. These are silky felt type material. Either way, they're gonna work perfect for what I intended to use them for.

They charged me a 15% restocking fee AND return shipping to return it, which amounted to almost half the cost of the thing. I wrote to customer service and they dismissed me -- clearly they are used to making people angry. Avoid this business.

I ordered a number of specialty appliance bulbs that were a little pricey in general. The order came in with a strangely marked packing slip. Only half the quantity was there and no explanation about that. I contact customer service and the remainder was sent to me in short order. So customer service came through in the end. I bought 9 Red LED Battery Operated Window Cling Candle lights for Christmas 2022 and 4 of them had dead batteries. The seller replaced the 4, but by the time they did, all 9 were dead. Needless to say, my Christmas window light situation was a disaster this year. This product is absolutely the worst.
