No problem placing the order, however when it came to shipping, apparently there was a holdup at the USPS. Called LightBulbs.com to see why USPS was holding the order pending acceptance, it had been sitting at that status for a week. Spoke with a rep who said she would look into it and get back to me. In the meantime I had contacted USPS and they returned my email with an apology and I had my package within a day. Never heard back from LightBulb.com.
We are most pleased with our purchase from LightBulbs.com. We purchased glass LED bulbs to replace our fluorescent bulbs that were reliant on a ballast. These new bulbs are TRUE LEDs. A local big box store sold us what they said were true LEDs that would enable us to take out the ballasts and never have to rely on that type of fixture. They were not. We are thrilled to have found LightBulbs.com and are pleased to know that these bulbs have a life expectancy of a minimum of 35 years. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable, and the bulbs arrived quickly, as promised.
Satisfied with the process and will be recruiting someone in the next few days to install the thermostat. I wax in the technology industry for over 20 years, so I am thrilled to be able to try this out. Thank You
I ordered 2 specialty incandescent bulbs, ordering was easy and the order came quickly. I installed the bulbs in a 2 bulb fixture but after only about 15 days one of the new bulbs went bad (burned out?). I emailed LightBulbs.com the problem and the customer service answered the next day asking did I want a refund or a replacement? I asked for a replacement and 1 was shipped and arrived a week later. It was very good and prompt service. I am very satisfied.

The bulbs I bought are hard to find where I live. Was very glad to find them here. Items arrived sooner than expected. One bulb was broken. I contacted the company and they quickly replaced it. Very happy with this company and will be using them again and again!
Until I actually need to use some of the bulbs (when others burn out), it's hard to really give a rating but on the other hand, the purchase deal was very good.

I have not had a chance to use the bulbs, so I can't review the product. However, Idid not receive them initially, even though the post office said that they had been delivered. I called up Lightbulbs.com, and they were very cooperative. They sent out another box, and fortunately, I received them this time.
I orderd 6 bulbs in which 4 out of 6 were damaged. Upon getting in touch with the company, they quickly took the initiative to replaced those damaged units, with no charge and shipped them as soon as they could. They arrived safely this time unmanaged.

Everytime i order from this company they tell me my shipping address is invalid. Everytime i have to tell them it's not invalid. They seem to be too lazy to check if they have sent anything ( or many things) to my address. Either they're too lazy or incompetent to fix this recurring issue.
I have 25 year old flourescent under cabinet light fixtures. They work very well and look like new. The only components in them are the switch, starter and florescent. Perhaps someday I'll replace them with newer LED fixtures, but for the near future, the fixtures I have are fine. Finding replacement starters and bulbs in local stores can be very difficult. LightBulbs.com had exactly the replacement parts I needed at a reasonable cost.
My order was filled very quickly and sent out right away. Tracking was right on, and my order arrived well packed everything intact and perfect shape. Will definitely order from them again highly recommend this website.
