Very fast shipping of a product that I had purchased on a previous occasion and needed to re-supply.

Placed an order on-line for parts. They reached out to me to let me know what parts were in stock and which parts would be delayed. Got them to me 3 weeks earlier than expected. Great customer service.
I received my order in a timely manner. I thought there would be a bit of a wait because they notified me that they'd be able to send part of my order and then I'd have to wait for the rest. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long at all and they were able to ship my entire order in one try.
I ordered $261 of bulbs. I did not realize that I had not received them until I went to change a burnt-out bulb and had no bulbs. Checked the order and I had paid for them with AMEX, but never received them. They refused to honor the order, saying "too late."

Delivery was very prompt. However, 1 globe was just slightly smaller in diameter than advertised. I tried it in both wooden wall scones and it doesn't fit either one. Thus, it is the globe that is just slightly off in diameter. I have to sand down one of the scones and restain it - then all will be OK
Now the little blue light comes on with the remote, but the exhaust fan still does not work.

Grill arrived as hoped for and fit. Only complaint is the price. This grill appears to be more rugged than the original 16 year old one.
