I ordered three connector pieces and was shipped two. I contacted customer service and they found the missing piece. I have received it and was able to complete my job. Had my order been shipped complete, I would have given them five stars. Their customer service department is great.
The ordering process was very easy. The sales request for additional information on the particular item I ultimately selected. Installation was a cinch and tubes fit right into the existing ballast without any issues. The light in comparison to the fluorescents I was replacing (from and environmental and availability perspective) was just a little bright and the color a little more blue but gorgeous. Since we don't use these lights more than 8 hours a day 52 weeks a year I won't have to replace them before I retire in 20 years or so due to the 70,000 hour lifecycle! And the price was not much more expensive than what I had last paid for same grade of fluorescent tubes. Best value/service I found.
I was very upset when the manufacturer of my device informed me that the part that I needed was no longer being made. Instead of giving up, I started looking for someone who might still have the part in stock. I feel very lucky to have found Lighting Supply! They had 3 of the part that I needed still in stock. They shipped my new part super fast. I installed it and my device is back to working perfectly! I am very, VERY, pleased with Lighting Supply. Thanks!
Received 5 TCP bulbs which flickered despite 3 different switches. Called Lighting Supply who asked me to contact TCP. I filled out the TCP claim form. Almost 2 months later, I did not receive a refund, but rather, 5 more bulbs which also flickered. I immediately called Lighting Supply to request a refund and was initially denied refund because 60 days had passed. After explaining to I was following their instructions and it was TCP who delayed, I was offered refund, if I paid postage. Forget it. Just pure cheap. Lighting Supply can keep its money.
This is the only supply house in town that charges delivery fees. Then when ordering two separate orders on the same day they charge me two separate shipping fees for two orders to be put on the same truck and delivered at the same time. And when they delivered it to the wrong address they tried to bully me into correcting their mistake!
Website difficult to use. Becoming a "customer" took two days...
Still not sure if I ordered the correct bulbs, then add-ons for length of the bulb and shipping make these expensive. Unfortunately feel trapped as I can't find them locally. Arrived broken. Asked for refund.
Items ordered worked fine. Price was exceptional. Work remains to be done to make online checkout work more smoothly, but I would enthusiastically recommend this site for responsiveness when help is needed.
Disappointed that shipping options are limited for a small item that costs only 3 dollars. UPS charge of 13 plus dollars when shipping first class mail would be considerably less money. Easy checkout however, and you had the item I needed in stock.
I ordered replacement bulbs, but I received notice they were out of stock and delivery would be delayed. However, I was also given a number to call to check on a substitute. I called and a capable lady found a substitute and my bulbs were received a few days later. I was very impressed.
Called their customer support who were very helpful in providing information on correct range hood filters for my Kenmore Elite range hood over the stove. Also Lighting Supply was way cheaper for the OEM filters above all other competition.
Will buy again from Lighting Supply in the future.
