Online purchase & payment were easy and product arrived when promised. Issue is wrong item was shipped. Should have been model # KN-COB-B-LPM, assembly # 9CO5-LP. However, what was shipped was model # KN-COB-LP2, assembly # 9CO5-LP2.
Glad they had the parts I wanted, but shipping was ridiculously expensive. I would always explore all other options before using again.
First time customer, will see how it goes. After placing my order, I found the lights at Home Depot for a little less than what I paid when you add in the shipping. No worries was glad to get them. Do you ever put things on sale or over discount or promotional certificates?
Just didn't want to buy from A****n. You had it a little cheaper even. Shipping options/pricing could be a bit better...but all's well enough.
