I had an issue with the wrong product being delivered and there's absolutely no customer service due to it being a mattress. Had the mattress one day and wanted to upgrade to a better mattress because the wrong one was delivered and they would not even discuss the issue. Even the corporate office would not deal with me in any way but if you bought a protection plan which I was not informed of you could return your mattress 365 days later if you slept on it for 31 days. NO KIDDING! Believe me just call and ask. La z Boy is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will make sure that everyone knows this company couldn't care less as I am a senior on limited income and would in no way even consider an upgrade exchange and not explain why, only a mattress that was over a thousand dollars would have a warranty. I paid 1085. 00 including frame. Today 11/13/21 I was contacted by regional manager. This individual informed me they would upgrade my mattress, if I bought a mattress protector only from them as well as a pillow only from them. Then pay another delivery charge which I previously paid 150.00 they would charge me another $199. All this if I only upgraded a mattress over a $ 1.000. Under the guise he was offering to help. FINALLY I WILL ADD, FINAL AS IS SALE ONLY SHOWS UP AFTER PAYMENT GENERATES COMPUTER INVOICE. BUYERS BEWARE! This picture is one week old saggy

I HAD LEASE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY AND PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON IT A WEEK LATER THE CAR START TO FALL APART. SO I DROVE IT BACK TO THE DEALER TO GET MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK AND THEY SAID NO... AND I TOLD THEM AT LEASE TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY SAID NO CAN DO ITS MY PROBLEM NOW... SO WHO EVER SEES THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY THERE NO GOOD, I END UP PUTING MORE MONEY IN THIS CAR THEN WHAT A BROUGHT
Walking into Ript Fitness was by far, the best thing I have ever done for myself! I don't often write reviews but when I do, it is because something is truly special and fantastic and this place and its trainers deserve all the praise in the world!
When I walked into Ript back in June, I was truly defeated. I had been trying to lose weight for the past 2 1/2 years with little progress. (I had gained a significant amount of weight about 5 years ago due to stress and workout injuries). I was doing everything "right"... I went to my doctor, saw a nutritionist, worked out with a personal trainer, tried different workout programs, rehabbed my sports injuries, etc., but it always seemed that something was missing from my routine to help me reach my goals. I didn't have a cohesive program and I always had questions going unanswered. THEN, I asked for help from Dustin Carnish and the trainers at Ript to get me on track and I am FINALLY reaching my goals! You get the whole package here... awesome, caring, and knowledgeable trainers, a fun, energetic atmosphere, dynamic and varied workouts, and constant support and encouragement from everyone at Ript. I did the 42 day challenge and my before and after photos are incredible. I made more progress in 42 days than I have in 2 1/2 years and I feel amazing, energized and empowered. If you are looking for an amazing workout and some of the best people I have ever met, go to Ript. I couldn't recommend them more!
Super 1 3203 Independence cross street Parker 10-7 I put in 12 dollars in a Volvo S60, when I pulled away the needle did not move, so I turned around to find out if they were able to check the pump. I spoke with the clerk and showed him my receipt but is appearded nothing was in the tank. SI O asked if he could put a bag over the handle until it was checked to avoid any other customers getting duped. He called the owner, I said either let me pump from another pump or issue a refund, & cover the pump. None of the above was he willing to do, he choice was to call the Police so they could take a report, it made no sense for that to be the solution, Police are for emergencies, but i waited 30 min with groceries in the car. I asked for the number or contact so I could call the person that regulates the pumps, normally there is a sticker on the pumps. None of the above was a solution so I finally left. The minimal act of preventing another customer from spending money on a malfunctioning pump was to big of a request. Very awful experience for a handicap 66 yr old, so I went to OT and put the same amount in and got 1/2 tank about what I normally get. I try to support the independent operatores, that was the last time..
This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I am a women who lives at the Reserve at Regent Center in Lexington, NC by herself and was sexually harassed by another tenant at the pool in the woman's bathroom on 9/21. I went through every channel with the front office and the law. The law is doing their part, but Southwood is not helping me. I received a letter stating that their decision was to NOT do anything to the tenent that sexally harrased me. He is still allowed to go to the pool. I have called their corporate office and have left several messages for Angela Strider, Regional Director. She has NOT called me back. I was sexually harassed by another tenant and this is the "CARE" I have received. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT MOVE INTO A SOUTHWOOD REALTY APARTMENT PROPERTY!
For a year or so I have been taking my car in so these people can figure out what is the problem that is causing a slow leak in one of the tires. The last time I took it in was less than a month ago on 8/11/19. The tire has lost 12 PSI since then. This time, I had a problem with their funky online appointment site so I sent them an email clarifying that I would be in today, 9/8/19 in the AM to drop off the car. In response, I got a system-generated email, an email from a CSR, and a CALL from a CSR all telling me that I was good to bring the car in today in the morning.
So, I arrive at 8:50 AM only to find a sign hanging on the door saying that they are closed today for a COMPANY PICNIC! I was wondering why there was not a line of cars waiting for service as there usually is on a Sunday. Apparently, these IDIOTS told everyone about the COMPANY PICNIC except me even though they had THREE times to do so. It was too late to call my wife and tell her to not pick me up so that was another WASTE OF TIME and gas.
Well, this is how it is, BB, I will NEVER buy another set of tires from you lazy $#*! MORONS (after buying at least 7 sets of them) and I will NOT bring my car back so you can attempt to fix the problem I am having since you seem to be too STUPID to figure it out and your "customer service" SUCKS so much.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, PEOPLE!

I've had an open account with Mobillio Law for over a year now. The attorney my fiancé was working with had left the firm and decided to practice on his own so my fiancé followed. We made payment arrangements to finish up the balance on our account with Mobillio. $300.00 a month. Andrea would call on the last day of the month and I would give her the payment, every month. Very recently as other legal fees started to build up my fiancé and I decided I was going to call Mobillio and ask to pay $100.00 for one month so we could catch up on other payments. I called, Andrea said she had already ran the payment for $300.00 that month. I asked her why she did that without my consent as we were not set up for automatic payments each month. I asked her to refund $200.00 as I would like to only pay $100.00 that month due to other legal fees building up. Andrea said she would check with Matt, Matt got on the phone with me started yelling in a very unprofessional manner told me that he was going to sue my fiancé and I, take a civil action suit against us and that he doesn't have any other client like this. He said he had to put food on the table for his family too and make a living. He stated that the attorney that left his firm could get his money each month from us but Matt could not. He said that if we want a refund that is fine but he was going to pursue the civil action. I have never been treated so low by an attorney in my life. As I believed in his field of professional work he should be the one who is more understanding of the people he serves knowing the reasoning they are coming to him. Instead Matthew Mobillio verbally attacked me when all I wanted to do was try to make a lower payment that month due to other legal fees. I do not advise anyone to go to Mobillio law for their legal needs. There are plenty of other attorneys within the LV that have class and professionalism.

I would give this business a zero too, if I could. Facts ( see receipt below):
1) On June 04,2019 I submitted three items ( Items from Restoration- Luxe Faux Fur Blanket, Pillowcase, Lumbar Case) for dry-clean only. Receive a claim check # D ******* at 6:19pm. Total cost $35.45
2) Returned June 11,2019 for pickup, one week later to find each item ( Observed through the clear cleaning bag) destroyed. In the store, in-front of the person working, we both pulled out each item to find that they washed and dried each. Yes, wash/dried items that clearly state dry-clean only, and that I stated dry clean. The items complete shrunk, and lost "all" form and faux.
3) The person kept my items, and assured me that they would address me on what I could expect in return.
4) No follow-up, no insight to resolution. I was given the phone number to the owner, as apparently the owner would not reply to his employee. I've called the cleaners weekly. No return calls. I've gone back to the cleaners, nothing! I've sent 15 text to owner.
5) Called the owner he answered, only to say he had a cold and that he would call me back ( I can make this up!). I sent several more texts, and left many more emails.
6) Just left work and stopped by the cleaners, and spent several minutes all to receive smiles and statement to say, they would call me in order to let me know. FYI... this is the person (employee) doing the training for new personell
7) June, July, August, September. Now Im asking for my product to be returned. Not only do they have answers to how to address the damage, but they can't find my stuff! As they smile and say they will call me back.
What would you do? This is the worst place ever!
