Shipping took about a month which was frustrating. My items came two days apart. They did good communicating when I emailed them for the most part. The material wasn't what I thought it would be, but you get what you pay for. Overall I'm satisfied.
I ordered quite a few items from them & only received 3 of the items. The shirts were of cheap quality & did not look as it does on the site. I inquired about my other items numerous times they keep asking me to wait patiently. I've been "patiently" waiting for almost 3 months for the rest of my things. I have proof that they have horrible customer service & are scammers. I've asked for a refund numerous times and they don't respond. The contact information is bogus they have numerous addresses for that reason. And you can't call & speak to anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

So this is my first time ordering from lovely. I ordered in September I made an online order of 20 items... I received a email saying my item was being shipped on the 6th of October. Got a tracking number. A week after I tried to track my order it said no info I check again about 3 days after same thing. On October 20,2020 I received my package. But when I open it, I only received 10 items 10 items was missing... I reached out to lovely still no contact just 1 email that doesn't explain what happen to my missing 10 items or my refund. I reached out 2 more times and still haven't heard from anyone the same email they sent the first I received that same message. I do like the orders I did receive I wanna order more but I'm scared money don't grown on trees I work hard for my money. I just need answers on what happen to my order seems like they answer people on here so maybe I can get a quicker answer.
I have never had a bad experience with this company until recently! I placed an order online mid November. My tracking showed my package would be here by 12/19. It's now 1/1 and I still haven't received my package yet! My first email to customer service I received a response back, but now I have emailed multiple times and no response. The crazy thing is placed a second order mid December and I have received that one as of yesterday. I love their clothes and no problems with anything I purchased but this order something is wrong.
I ordered a pants suit on October 11,2019. Haven't received at yet.No tracking number. Have tried many of times to contact someone. Please keep your money. Once they get your money.No refund are merchandise.

Do not order from this site. Extremely misleading clothes look nothing like how they are advertised. I was excited to get the clothes based on YouTube reviews. Just take your hard earned money and go into a good store and get quality clothing that you can see before you buy
I gave them a couple of months due to covid19. Still can't get an expected delivery date, no one to speak with on the phone. Just nothing but a message to track and experiencing delay in shipping. Disgusting! DO NOT waste your money or time!

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
