I need help please

I am having such a bad experience at this moment and I am so frustrated with this company. People you are losing a lot of costumers and money for a couple of dollars. I ordered for first time and because I loved the clothes and prices I decided that I was going to put a second order without getting my first order. I should have wait and see if they were good. And I already had items I was about to purchase again for 3er time. I am gland I did not make that decision. My experience so far with first order. I ordered 10 different items. I received a message That my order was shipped out in 2 separate packages and that I was going to receive one first because either my items where from different warehouse or because it was a large package and they were going to divide it. Something like that. I received my first package with 4 items. And I was expecting the other package with the rest of items. I try to contact costumer service and they have the balls to tell me that I already received my package and they comfirmed me that they sent my package and that I received. And yes I did received First package but they are not even mentioning anything about second package. They don't recall the message they sent me that I was going to get 2 separate packages. It looks like they forgot about that email that I can send them to refresh their mind. I did received my first package but I have not received my second package and they are not confirming that they have send it to me. So they lied to you in your face. They keep saying I did received items on the day I got my package but they never mention second package. People I don't have 1 item missing here. There are still 6 items missing. And I already order again because I did not know I was going to go through all of this. And I was about to order again. You will loose a good costumer. I want my money back if you are not going to send me the rest of my items. I am going to try to see if there is a way to get my money back through PayPal. I don't know. But I will find out a way if you keep acting like like I am a child to try to play me to avoid refund. It is not going to work. Please work with me and help me. I am frustrated. Thank you

Back in September 2014( transactions number T*******240)
I ordered some clothes on lovely wholesale.com for $106.68. It took forever for me to receive the merchandise. I finally got the merchandise at the end of October 2014. After opening the merchandise I realized I only had four items when I ordered five. I also didn't like any of the items that I ordered. (They didn't look anything like they did on the website) I went to the website and submitted a ticket ( there's no other way to contact them) I asked them where is my fifth item. The website told me that the item was out of stock and they no longer had it. I was very upset do to the fact that no one tried to contact me in any way or form to let me know the they no longer had the item but yet they kept my money. After going back to back for days on the ticket I submitted they refunded me $15.94 as for the one item that was out of stock. I returned all the merchandise that I purchased $106.68 minus the one item $90.70 in October 2014. Months pass by and no one ever contacted me regarding the items that I returned. On January 11,2015 I submitted another ticket I told them that I returned all of the merchandise back in October and I never received a refund for the returned merchandise. Someone replyed to my ticket saying that they did give me a refund, I asked them where did they send a refund to because I never received a refund for $90.70 for the retuned merchandise. They than told me the refund was for $15.94. I explained that refund was for an item out of stock that I never even received not for all the merchandise that I returned. They continue to ignore me regarding the returned merchandise and just kept saying that they gave me a refund for $15.94 and never even mentioned the items I returned than they closed the ticket. Lovelywholesale stole $90.70 from me I will never shop there again and I suggest that you don't either.

Wrong size dress.

I found this site on FB and browsed there clothing. Im a plus size woman and I needed cloths. I found this dress and I saw it was in a 3XL. So I decided to order i in a 3XL. I ordered it on 6-4-20. I never got an email from them or a tracking number. So I had my husband contact them. After that I got an email. They say they have been around since 2005. If so they should be able to get your order straight and send u the right size. I got my dress and it looks like the pic. But they sent me a damn Small. Im a plus size female and wear a 3XL not a damn SMALL. I contacted them and asked for them to send me the right size or refund my money. They contacted me and said I would need to send back the dress in good condition and I would get a discount on my next order. I wrote them back and said NO I won't pay to send back the dressa. If u want it back u will pay the shipping. I didnt F up u did. I just told them I want my full refund. And if I didn't get my full refund I would let the proper authorities know in there country. Im not messing around. Please DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. If u got what u paid for good im glad. But most on here either haven't gotten theres, got wrong item, or got right item but wrong size like me. But I feel its a scam. In order for people not to think its a scam some people do get what they order and fast. But the majority on here haven't gotten theres or got wrong item, or got right item but wrong size. If they would have told me "sure ill send u the right size and pay to have wrong size returned", I would have ordered more from them. But since they told me all that bull$#*! HELL NO. Ill never buy from them EVER AGAIN. AND I'LL WARN OTHERS OF THIS SITE. Scams like need to stop.

I recently bought a March 3rd 2019 it is now July 24th and still I have failed to receive my order I reached out June 16th regarding not receiving my order their customer service always respond two days later however that wasn't my issue. My issue was no matter how many times I broke down the USPS tracking (how my order was sent back due to USPS not finding my address and it's been at the USPS hub in California for the past two months and it's not moving) customer service still would say please wait 5-7 business days not understanding I been waiting over 3months and the order shows it's been in California since June 20th. I've sent screenshot and so much more and still no one has been able to help me I ask for a supervisor to call me no one has called so as of rn they have not done anything to help me I've emailed over in over again still nothing I would not suggest anyone to order from hear if u do just know if it happens to get sent back for whatever reasons you will be waiting months even if all the information is right in there face. Good luck guys

I ORDERED A BUNCH OF STUFF-SEVERAL ITEMS DIDN'T FIT-HAD TO CREAT A TICKET TO RETURN ITEMS. I PAID TO RETURN THE ITEMS -MY TRACKING SHOWED IT WAS RECIEVED ON THEIR END ON 5/13. I CAN ONLY RESPOND TO AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL BCAUSE THERE IS NO NUMBER TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY DIDNT GET IT. EVERY EMAIL TAKES 2 OR MORE DAYS FOR A RESPONSE. OFTEN THE SAME RESPONSE WHICH DOESNT ANSWER MY QUESTION. FINALLY THEY SAID THEY RECIEVED IT-NOW THEY ARE ASKING IF THEY CAN PUT THE REFUND ON A CREDIT TO ORDER AGAIN. HELL NOOOOO! THE NEXT EMAIL ASKED WHAT DID I RETURN? I PUT ALL THE ITEMS BACK IN THE PLASTIC WITH A PRINTED SHEET OF ALL MY ITEMS. WHY DON'T THEY SEE WHAT I RETURNED. I WANT MY MONEY AND I AM BEYOND PISSED. IF I GET ANOTHER AUTOMATED E-MAIL THREE DAYS LATER AGAIN WHICH DOES NOT ADDRESS MY ISSUE I WILL FIND OUT HOW TO STOP PAYMENT ON THE STUFF I PURCHASED. TOO BAD CAUSE SOME OF MY STUFF WAS CUTE JUST DIDN'T FIT. NEVER AGAIN! I RATHER PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE LONG RUN I DID NOT SAVE MONEY!
