I placed two orders, one on Sept 17 and the other on Sept 23. The very inexpensive order from Sept 23 has shipped and is almost to me. However, it seems the order on Sept 17 has DISAPPEARED in their system! And of course the missing order was expensive! Every time I submit a ticket or send an email they respond with the tracking number of the second order. They are obviously trying to scam me out of money for the first order. I am so aggravated because there is no way to speak to someone on the phone and the emails keep going in circles about the second order! It's been two weeks and nothing. I have no idea what to do at this point.

I just received my purchases and I am extremely pleased! The items arrived quickly and looked exactly like their pictures with very nice fabrics and without any weird smells. Even the few items I have to return look great,but just aren't for me,but that isn't because of the supplier it's just some things aren't for everybody. I'm pleased and will definitely be ordering again.

I really like lovelywholesale! I had an issue with my bathing suit not coming in in time, and they resolved it quickly and offered me a bathing suit that was even better than the one I ordered. The bathing suits are good quality, like really good quality, i haven't had any problem with shrinking or bleeding and they are true to size. I will say to keep in mind that the orders are coming from China (i think) so it may take like a month to arrive, but its so worth it! I would order again.

Hi I'm so concerned about my order I lost a lot of clothes doing a crisis I'm starting a new wardrobe so I trusted this company with my information I need my merchandise or refund me bk my money. I will never order anything from you all again next time I will make sure I'm able to contact a company before I rush into something. Something need to be straighten out about this company they can't keep treating customer the way they do I am very disappointed

Yes the prices are good and that's what attracts the customers, if the prices are cheap then so is the product! It takes over 2 weeks to deliver, customer service does not answer right away and they did not even send my order correctly. ( I ordered 2 items and only 1 came) I only knew after I wrote to customer service that it was out of stock, but when I ordered it was in stock! Then they tried to give me credit back on their website. I will NEVER order from them again! TERRIBLE! I supposeively got my credit back to my credit card but they say it may take 30 days! Really? What BS is this? Why would anyone shop on this site when you can get better quality products here in the US and ships the next day!

I order 2 items, October 2020 and yet I still have not received. I am not able get any email resolution, and getting someone on the phone is not an option. They have not offered me a refund nor a gift card. The company has stole my money. And lost my business.

I use lovelywholesale to do my online shopping for already a loooong time. So I can say that's a very good and trustworthy online store. It's easy to order items here, the prices are low and you can use the special offers, too.

And, what's the most important to me, their items fit me very well! I use the size chart, and it helps me to find my perfect size.

Also, the customer service is very good, and I love the fast shipping of my orders! The parcels are always carefully packed, and it's really nice to know that the store cares about the customers.

The clothing that you will receive will be a poor imitation of what you will see in the pictures. Everything I received was way too small and I ordered a large. I am slim and wear a medium normally but decided to get a large being that the items were from china. I wish I never ordered from here it was such a waste of money and took over a month to receive. I cannot wear any of these items. They were made so the size of a 10 year old child, not an adult. My dress I ordered fits like a shirt! Never ever ever ever again!@ please don't waste your money :(
