I placed a order for 6 items I only recieved 3 cause they split my order. I have submitted countless tickets and emails for a refund or to freeship the items. They provided me with a tracking number and when I check it shows the on 10/31/2019 it was returned to sender because address was incomplete. I'm not sure how the address is incomplete when I received the first package 2 weeks ago with no problem. Evie is not helpful at all I dont think she even reads what it wrote she just responds with the same tracking information. I hate I ever ordered from them. I have yet to get a refund or a replacement. I ordered items for my vacation well beyond time and now I will not have them. Worst service ever. My order number is O*******779. I wish there was a zero rating cause customer service sucks. A week worth of emails and tickets and nothing resolved.

I made a order on September 16,2019 this year I ordered 2 lace fronts and a few outfits for my birthday which was on October 3 it is now November 1 and I still have not yet to receive my packages I have a made a few tickets also I requested a refund I gave them my number and no one ever contacted me by phone I did receive an email and the rep still never resolve my problem or gave me my money back so at this point Im still waiting on a refund and they have very very very poor Customer service skills just A very poor experience overall
