I ordered on November 30 2016... they took my payment by Paypal on December 1st 2016 and ''shipped' my order on December 6th 2016... we are now January 19th 2017 and I still haven't recieved my order. Everytime I message them they keep telling me that m y order is being held at Customs... they have been telling me this for the past 4 weeks now... and when I asked for a refund they keep telling me that I have to wait 3 months for a refund even though on their website it clearly says that they will refund within 24hours once you ask for a refund... they do not honor their words... they are scammers and thieves... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE... THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU THE PRODUCT YOU PAID FOR...

I bought a gift from here for my elder sister.Its delivered on time and cloth are very good quality with good fitting, looking and comfortable.
This company is a frude I order 17 items from them on June 10 haven't received anything. They gave me a fake tracking number which don't exist this is a scam I filled a dispute with PayPal but for some reason I believe they working together because they sent a total different tracking number to them so they said the package had been sent out. NOT it's a fruad and I hope people would not ever prefer from here I wish I had read the reviews before I wouldn't have ever spent a dime with these scammer. I just recently found out this company under ferderal investigation they need to close this scamming place down. I had no ideal this was in China it's all a scamm. SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE THIS IS A SCAM! I WISH THEY HAD A ZERO RATING BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE!

I made a purchase of 4 items totaling $62.76 on 3/24/2020 & received a receipt via email. A day later, I received another email that I never made a payment for my purchase. I thought I had done something incorrectly so I submitted a second payment. Both payments were pending with my bank. I submitted a ticket on their website to make sure I wouldn't be charged twice since my bank showed 2 pending charges. I received a response assuring me that the payment was processed correctly & my order would be shipped out within 5 business days. Checked my bank & I was charged twice for the same order. I reached back out to them & was told there was nothing they could do about this since the order had already been shipped (even though I made them aware of this issue prior to the order being shipped). I only received 1 tracking # for 1 order so I checked the tracking #. The tracking # does not exist & Fed Ex had no info regarding this order! Tried reaching back out to them but of course, no response. So I basically paid $125.52 for a purchase that should've been $62.76 that according to Fed Ex, does not exist! I will be disputing this with my bank & contacting Better Business Bureau!

I purchase items from them last yr. So I decided since everything went okay ( not great) but okay I'll try again. I ordered 10 items from them Feb 27th. For my trip on March 11th. I express mail it paid $89. It was in process for almost 2 weeks. Please read their fine print. There is no number to call. You have to communicate through email. And if you are in Eastern time they reply back alot quicker around 1am to 4am. Here's what everyone needs to know if you have a big order and they are still looking for items expect not to receive your order on time. I paid express mail waited almost 3 weeks to get partial items. Still today March 18th still missing items. They do not compensate you. I actually went to another site to order more clothes for my trip. Waste of time and money. I been emailing the company all night. Also the clothes run small. Oh and the responses from the emails seems computerized sometimes. Clothes are cheap but if your going some where and try to order a week ahead despite of paying express you want get it. Never again. I'm still emailing and waiting as we speak

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
