I order my stuff 25 days ago and they haven't ship it yet! I tried to contact them through Instagram, on their website and email. They have no phone number! They response 1-2 days. First my shipping said 15-20 days that it will take them few days to ship and I did. My stuff still said it is preparing. I got an email them quick about my address and I send them an email to confirm my mail address. They said okay confirm. Few days later they said it will take 3-5 days to for tracking number show. LIED! They said my stuff shipped then then they said the shipping company return my stuff back to lovelywhole sale and that supposedly they reshipped it. I talked to one of them and they said my stuff haven't shipped yet. THEY KEEP CHANGING THE STORIES! IT IS A SCAM! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THING EVER AGAIN! I'M TRYING TO GET A REFUND! GO BUY AT PRETTY LITTLE THING, MISSGUIDED, FASHION NOVA AND SHEIN. THEIR STUFF GET HERE FASTER! I EVEN ORDERED 2 DIFFERENT PACKAGES ON SHEIN COST MORE THAN $100 THEY ALREADY SHIPPED ME TWO PACKAGES! THEY EVEN SEND ME MY TRACKING NUMBER QUICK AND ITS FROM CHINA! MISSGUIDED SHIPPED MY STUFF FROM UK TO PUERTO RICO IN 2 DAYS!

OK so I got my merchandise and I will strongly say that I will never purchase from this company at all whatsoever not only did it take a while to get I ordered a size medium in the bob Marley dress because Online discrepancies but I usually wear a small/medium and the size of the dress is like extra extra large, HUGE and I usually and its not made with that its advertised, it looks COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. It is supposed to be a like a shirt but its really thin spandex I also got a size small bathing suit that supposed to fit true to the size and its like extra extra small in fact its so small that they shipped it to me in a plastic sandwich bag. I cant even got it past my thighs. I could not submit a complaint it wouldnt allow me to and I had to go to PayPal to start a complaint process and then after that they actually tried to contact me telling me that if I wanted to return or exchange that I would have to pay for all of the cost so it would be a better idea just to give it away to a friend but I literally would have nobody that I would give that to or it would even fit this is the worst company that Ive ever used and I do a lot of online shopping.

I have ordered a few items and I must say everything I picked my son love them he wants more so I will be ordering more things I love this website

Good Lovely Wholesale offered good prices for cheap, low quality, and sizes that aren't correct. I am plus-size women who wear a 3X, 3XL, or even a 4X, depending on the materials. The pants looked and felt cheap, as if they took a piece of fabric and made a cup out and sown it together. The pants did not button since the measurements were for someone with a tiny waist and large hips. The jackets/cardigans were nice, but the arms and back area were way too small. I'm not sure which measurements of XXXXL or XXXXXL they are using, but it's not meant for a true plus-size female. The purse I ordered looked nice online, but the chain seemed to have been made of $1 store materials. After paying $97.05 on six items that I cannot wear, I submitted a Customer Service ticket to request a refund. After explaining to them why I didn't want to keep the clothing, they responded, telling me I had three options (mine you, I asked for a refund in the first message); they responded as if they didn't read the message and stated the following:
We've come up with some offers for you:
1.We can refund you 20$ as compensation at most and you keep the items, is it OK?
2. Offer you a 5% discount coupon which could be used for next order directly
3. Return the item back to us, the return shipping fee is at your cost. The refund of the item price will be issued after return package delivered to us.
Would you please advise which offer you will take?

On top of that, I have to spend more money to return the items, I've ordered forms placed that look similar, like Shein, and they provide you with a return slip. Now let's see how much more I get charged to send these cheap and wrongly measured items back, after spending $97.
