DON'T SHOP THIS WEBSITE!
You will have an extremely difficult time trying to return an item and get your money back. First, they will offer you $5, then maybe $10. Even if it's their fault—whether you received something damaged or not—they will still place the blame on you. This is nothing like what the website claims.
This seems inconsistent with the claim on the website: "Quickly and Easily Returns? It Doesn't Get Easier Than This. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund UNLESS the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise." It feels like the company is shifting the blame onto the customer, regardless of the circumstances.
I ordered items December 13 2023 paid $15 extra for Expedited shipping so it would come before Christmas. I have been reaching out to company continuously in regards to my package the entire time. Says it was delivered sometime after Christmas supposedly and still here we are an entire month later after communicating with them and dhl they only refunded me half my money(a month later) as if that was justifiable. Especially considering this was my first(and LAST)time ever ordering from their business. No items, and half my money back they're a scam. Do Not order from them and Do Not pay to expedite anything if you decide to order from them. They will give you the run around.
I ordered 21 items from lovely wholesale and only received 2 that showed up over a week late and three weeks after ordering there isn't even shipping info on my other items. I have tried unsuccessfully to get answers from customer service and am beyond frustrated. It seems that the only way to handle this is to file a fraud charge with my credit card company because I spent over $200 and contacting the company is pointless because they do not care
I have been ordering from LovelyWholesale for years now and have almost every item and the plus in curve department! They have really nice items, but the issue is that it takes a very long time to receive most of the time and they never send all items and one package which causes items to be super delayed as well as items getting lost in the mail delivery. My question to LovelyWholesale is when will they get a new inventory of clothing items? I am still seeing the same items that have been in their inventory from six years ago which leaves no other options. I am trying to place an order now, but they don't have anything new which I've been keeping a close eye for over three months now.
I've ordered from here many times and received my order but it's when they ship thru usps when I have an issue like currently packaging is supposed to be delivered between yesterday and Tuesday and the tracking is available it don't exist which means I'm not getting it or it's coming without being scanned which is the worst
I have been shopping with lovely wholesale for a few years now wanna say bout 6 years maybe longer but they have very good customer service the have great prices and nice clothing and if you have a issue they will help you as best as they can I am a highly satisfied customer with them and will continue to ship with them
I will never order from this site again. I placed and order on December 2nd. I received a delivery date between December 15-18. I still haven't received my order yet. Customer service keeps saying they received feedback from logistics and it will arrive in a week. Fraud
I've been hearing about this site for a few years and was always skeptical to try it out because unfamiliar sites can be sketchy. But I've ordered three times from them so far, and I'm not disappointed! I will definitely continue buying in the near future!
Save your self the money and stress of ordering from this company. You will be sent an inactive shipping link that says your order has not been picked up by FedEx. Also they are not in Inglewood, CA, they are in China and that explains why it takes so long to receive your order if you receive it at all. Over two weeks since my order was "shipped" after paying $20 for faster shipping. I filed a dispute with PayPal and hopefully I'll get my money back. Please do your research people because now I'm out of $50
I spent $76 on Jan 21, estimated delivery was Feb 14 but it supposedly was "delivered" on Feb 5th. I requested the order be sent to Los Angeles and it ends up being delivered in Fontana. When tracking my delivery it stated "returned to shipper", and thats when my package ended up in Fontana. Which means they literally just took my money. Of course they have no one you can contact over the phone email only. Emailing back and forth after getting a response every 3 days. This company is full of dumpster juice, just go to Aliexpress.

Bought a pair of sneakers that were very cheaply made and did not come with laces. A standard 42 was way too small. Customer service refused to acknowledge my problems only to advise me to ship them back at my expense. I can't even give them away as they won't send me laces. Don't waste your time and money.
Ordered 4 dresses from this website looked cute in photo but made with very cheap thin material. I could live with that for dresses to wear around the house, but one dress was sent with seams open, wrong size dress in package labeled the right size. Would not send right size, told me to fix the defective dress myself and credit $5 on their site, not back to my card. Took forever to get through to customer service to ask for help and the help was useless. Communications disappear from your account once you open them, so you have no way to follow up. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this site, even though the clothes look really cute.
This is a con. Beware of purchasing an item of clothing from this store because the sizes are not "U.S.," but Asian. They're based in China. A size medium swimsuit (I have one I bought from here - Dallas - which is a size medium and it fits perfectly) from this fake company is like a size small. Although I took pictures and contacted them at least 10 days, they still did not wish to give me my money back even after saying that I was going to return the item. Please be careful with these types of companies because they WILL STEAL your money.

Its been over a month now and I never received my order. You can message them, call them, email and will never get a response. My order still says pending with FedEx awaiting shipment in Inglewood Ca. But rest assure they will take the money from your account within 48 hours! Glad I didn't buy all the stuff I really wanted.

They are the most disgusting and cheating online clothing company. Purchase dress worth $158 and my package was spilt into two. They only deliver 2 dresses ($45), since last July I have requested for information regarding my second package. This is an honest review from a frustrated customer. You purchased from them, they will steal your money and package will not be delivered. They will deliberately ignore your emails by not providing the requested information. Please I am calling on all customers not to purchase from this fraudulent company.

I purchased 4 items on February 2,2021. I didn't receive the package until March 7.
The items that are pictured on the website and what you eventually end up with is completely different. There is no receipts or return package slip, you'll have to pay to ship everything back. They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. They will continue to email you stating that the product you ordered was the same. Complete waste of time and money. I will never shop with this company again. Straight up fraud!
Very cute clothes at low prices. Sizes for all, even plus size and other things even for your home. Shipping takes a bit long if it's not a quick ship item.
I bought a top and a belt from Lovelywholesale it arrived quite fast and I am really please with what I got. I wear them all the time so they are decent quality. The pricing is also great, some clothes were very cheap! I would definitely buy from here again.

I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
