Refund Problem
I purchased from Luisa Roma in October 2021 and did a return that had been confirmed received by them. On November 27 as I haven't received the refund, I emailed them to find out the refund progress. November 28th they replied and stated that refund had been processed and it might take up to 20 business days for the refund to get into my account.

However to date - December 30,2021 I haven't got the refund and when I checked to the credit card/bank, they said they didn't see any refund from LR coming in yet.

This is one of the worst refund experience ever. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from Luisa Roma.

I ASKED FOR AN MT 101 OR 103 FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO CHECK TO HSBC! IN ANY CASE WHERE THE TRANSFER IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP TO THE BANK.

I DON'T THINK HSBC CREDIT CARD WOULD TAKE THEIR CREDIT CARD HOLDER'S REFUND
