I bought my first wig on Luvme. I ordered the wrong wig customer service were really nice and fast with replies and fixed my order for me. When I received my wig it felt amazing. What can I say Luvme Hair is AMAZING! Highly Recommended!
My units are easy to apply - cutting lace, and size adjusting with the straps and maintenance. I don't glue any of my units so fitting is critical. The hair is silky and with proper care look as good as the first day I received the unit. I LUVME HAIR
I'm pleased for the most part because most of my units have surpassed my expectation so that I have referred my friends to luvme.
Its unfortunate 2 yrs ago I mistakenly made an account attached to an invalid email and lost my silver status giving me awesome perks. Guess technology wouldn't allow them to reinstate my status to my valid email.
So I ordered this hair because of course we're in quarantine, and I could not go to the salon to get my regular sewin bundles. I I have never bought a human hair wig. Usally if I get a wig is something quick and synthetic because I know eventually I'm going back to the salon. I saw this site and fell in love with the pictures. I still was a little skeptical because I never order from any online vendor except for Amazon the minute I opened my box I fell in love I just placed the order on April 1st and then I turned around and bought another wig on the 21st. Not that I needed to it all because this wig is going to definitely last me a long time and it's not hard to put on as I thought it would be. The tutorial from one of the other wig lovers on their page even taught me how to melt my lace. I am definitely hooked for life. Thank you Luvme!
I have not had the unit installed but I'm very excited. The pre-plucked hairline is simply amazing. The hair is very soft and luxurious. I plan to order again. This is my honest opinion. I have been disappointed many times from ordering weeks online but not with this company lLuveme Hair is amazing!
I have ordered many wigs however, Luvme wigs supersede its reputation. I order between 12-14 wigs a year. The hair is soft and has the best texture. I was diagnosed with Lupus and Chrons so the wigs looks just like my hair. I would not purchase from any other company. It's worth every penny.
I was kinda skeptical about yhis hair at first, because I usually buy my wigs in store or from a friend. But this website got such great reviews that I just HAD to try it i purchased the curly hair band wig first. And when I received it came in such beautiful wrapping and box. So many extra bands and free pouch. It even came with a free plug in hot comb hair straightener. I mean WOW! Then I touched the hair and it was silky-smooth and felt so real. I just wore it for the first time last week. And I am so in love. It doesnt hurt to wear it on my head. The band is tight enough to sit, but still loose. I just love everything about it! Highly recommend!
The quality of the hair and lace is great. I do not have to glue mine down because the band in the wig fits snuggly and comfortably. The lace blends into my skin seamlessly. I recommend this wig to anyone looking for great quality regardless of your age!

I've seen all the great reviews and decided to give Luvme wigs a try. I received the first wig, and it was too short. I called the customer service, and they were reluctant to issue a refund. I keep the wig and the add on they provided (a wig comb and headband) I ordered a second wig and it look like it was thrown in the box with no additional add-ons. It was not worth the money they charged me. I won't purchase anything else from them again.

Sorry that you were not satisfied with the packaging and the free gift issue. We will for sure report this issue to the warehouse for further development! Normally we will include one set of free gift in each parcel. However, we were upgrading our warehouse system earlier and some free gifts might not be included. We have informed the customers that haven't received the free gift of this issue by email and came up with some alternative option as compensation.

I have purchased wigs from other companies before but none of them can compare to LuvMe Hair... Luvme Hair has the greatest quality wigs... The hair is human, soft and managable with minimal shedding... The lace is the truth it blends right into your skin and it looks so natural... You can wear it glueless or glued down but either way it looks natural... The combs are perfectly placed so they won't be pulling on your edges... But for longevity I sew my wigs on and between hair dos I use the combs to conveniently take it on and off... You can part it anywhere and it looks just like your scalp... I've never had irritation from this wig... Just shampoo and reuse... This has been the best purchase/investment I ever made in hair... I Love that when I shampoo the wig it bounces right back and looks just as good as it did from day one... I get the best results when I let my wig air dry then style... I would definitely recommend Luvme Hair you won't regret your purchase... These Wigs are
So I ordered my first wig from this company and I was so excited the wig came and the packaging was so nice they gave me free gifts and everything but the hair was horrible the front and sides off the hair was so thin that I cant even wear it and they dont want to give me my money back this hair was supposed to be 180% density and 16 inch
I purchased the 16inch 200% Density Small Bouncy Curl Lace Frontal Wig. It is a horrible wig! Fuzzy, looks like it was cut in layers, with a shag! There are plenty of grey hairs in this wig, and the cap is cheap, and it looks NOTHING like the advertisement. It looks and feels very cheap. Money down the drain, as they are ignoring me now.
I ordered from luvme wig company and they was great. Merchandise was on point, I was so appreciative of the shipping experience. And they sent me a gift. I was so impressed with this company. I will be ordering again from Luvme wig company

This is maybe the 5th wig I purchased from luvme and this Bob wig is my absolute favorite. I just ordered it in blond. It looks great, the hair is great quality. I washed my wig before wearing it. I let it air dry then flat ironed it. There was barely any shedding and went right back to the original style. Luvme hair is my favorite.
First off. WOW. I fell in love with the hair as soon as I opened the package. I haven't even installed it yet but had to say something! The hair I received is BEAUTIFUL. It's BOUNCY, it's SOFT, and it's exactly as advertised. I got the water wave in 22" and I have been blown away! PLUS, they give you soooo many cute little gifts along with the hair (edge wax, wig cap, bobby pins, sparkly hair clip, tweezers, a band to adjust the size of the wig, and lashes!)! I believe Luvme will now be my go-to for hair. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!
When you check the website's page source code it shows more than what you see when you read their website. I happen to know how to do that and I was quite surprised. This description wasn't needed to print. Why not be honest with your main customers. Here is the Code:

The headband units are AMAZING! My first headband unit from Luvme but not my first purchase. I have one of their lace front wigs but have always struggled with lace front wigs feeling like I needed to do A LOT to make them look natural. This hair is SO soft and beautiful! I loved it so much I ordered another headband unit.
I ordered a wig and received my wig on September 16,2021. I immediately emailed Stella at luvmehsir about returning my hair. She told me to send pictures I did. I said the color is different from picture. Stella told me they could give me 30 percent off on next purchase. I said no then she told me to sell the wig. I said no then she offered me twenty dollars I said no. I said please refund my account. I was told they don't do refund only credits. I emailed back and said you have two different refund policies going on because the one that came with the hair states they will refund you in the form of payment you paid minus shipping. I attached the policy the came in the box with the hair. No more response from Stella. Buyer beware they don't honor return policy and hair is this hair was not quality.
Words fail me yet I'm forever a customer of Luvme hair! From the time I ordered, I received my hair earlier than expected.
