MAC Cosmetics

I bought an eyeshadow from MAC online store. I knew it was a very popular eyeshadow and they were waiting for the stocks to ship my eyeshadow. They told me that they could ship my eyeshadow 2 weeks after. And so, I patiently waited for 2 weeks and chatted with MAC again about this order. They simply told me "we don't have this item, you can cancel your order if you want." Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Instead of helping me to get my eyeshadow or letting me know more detail about my order, the representative just told me to cancel it and did not care about whether I could get this order or not. I ended up cancelled my order and was very upset about the their services. Will never want to purchase again from them!

I am so thankful that I was able to find a site that has all the essential products for daily usage at cheap and affordable prices. What I think is pretty kool about sitejabber is the fact that you have tons of options. Sitejabber carries alot of the top name companies that we as consumers all know and are comfortable with. Ordering items is super easy no complications whats so ever with a speedy delivery time frame. This company has definitely made me feel unwelcome in the past, but recently, it's gotten worse, I had contacted customer services regarding a product I had purchased being a off consistently and not the way it usually is, they brushed it off and blamed me for the awful product that I am very familiar with, didn't help at all

MAC is a great brand for everything but foundation. I do makeup professionally and the "tan" shades they have are either too orange or too yellow. Myself and a lot of my clients have a olive skin tone. MAC does not work for these tones unless you are mixing foundations, and who wants to do that on a regular? I do love their lipsticks, lip liners, blushes, highlighters, bronzers etc. They only received a 3 because of the Foundation shades.

The MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation is really a great product launched by MAC. Perfectly evens out the skin like a foundation, Blends in effortlessly and It provides a natural matte finish. Gives high coverage. Overall Good and value for money Product. Recommended to all.

It is quite expensive in my country but the quality of their products are amazing! Because of covid probably they made some sale for their lipstick and I could buy 2 lipstick with the price of one. Russian Red and Velvet Teddy. Loved both! So good, the Russian Red is exactly the texture and color I was looking for years! But yes, most probably in future I cant buy a new one..

I find this shop a cool one. There is always what to buy and try. As for me, for buyers, it is very important to see a variety of products and choose what you need. I can find everything that I need here.

I like mac their product and has best customer service they are professional I ordered on line once was sent a wrong product but was rectified immediately and new one sent. I usually use mac in Brixton they are very busy but helpful and pleasant I've had a few encounters I felt I got wrong make up advise but put down to a new staff needed more trainING otherwise I'm happy and will continue using their products I like that all their foundation has SPF. You just have to get good advise on your skin type and know what works for you. Thanks.

I order from mac frequently. The price of their products keep going up and I feel like there used to be more options for POC. Also, they used to have more options for freebies. They used to have more incentives for their members.
Customer service is amazing like always though.
