I brought a set of detail brushes,and 2 types of beauty blender.I swear,and Ian very honest that a big chunk of the brush feel off as soon as I used it for the first time,and the tip of the brush got split.I thought it's just that brush,but the other brushes start peeling off as well.the beauty blender split in half when I was washing it.really? I thought MAC is a good brand,and have quality products,but not at all.I will never buy brushes,or beauty blender from them again.

I have spent $400 on MAC makeup in the past few years. It has become my go-to. However, upon never receiving a package recently, I called costumer no-service and was very frustrated by the entire ordeal. Though they never gave me tracking information and the "track my order" button in the email they sent me led to incomplete info, they said it was not their problem that I never received my item. It was such a frustrating call that I don't plan to ever use their bloated, difficult website in the future. I have had other problems in the past with their website and orders not going through, but this person-to-person conversation was the WORST and enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I never received the makeup value set that I ordered and was charged for initially/ I didn't want my money back at first I wanted the products I ordered. Instead after a month of phone calls I finally was refunded. Never again will I order from mac so disappointing. I used to love Mac but they have gone down hill nowadays u can find better for a better price too

I've been using matte lipsticks from this brand for several years now, and the shades are perfect for my complexion. Recently I tried the eye palette, the colors are well-pigmented, and I liked everything.

I used liquid eyeliner. It didn't stay on. I walked into a free standing store that was an hour away. I asked if I needed a primer. They said I could use or not use a primer. I didn't find that helpful. I asked to see pencil eyeliner and purchased the one they advised. I wore it one day to work. It was on my upper eyelid and transferred to my upper lid. I called and got the online customer care personnel. They said they can only help with on line order returns. I went to MAC in Macy's. They said I couldn't return it since I bought it in a free standing store. They also said I have hooded eyes and should have purchased waterproof eye liner. I drove to King of Prussia Mall only to learn the MAC store closed. So now I have a poor quality product, wasted several hours with phone calls and trips to 2 stores, and would need to drive an hour if I wanted to return to the original store. Do not buy their products

When you return a product they do no refund original shipping charges (which is normal) then you get to pay to ship it back (not normal). What is the point? Won't be ordering from them again. EVERYONE HAS FREE RETURNS.

NW45 product is the worst. I will never do business with Mac any more. It has ruined my face. When applied, you look like a ghost. Oh my goodness, l'm wondering why they are even carrying that line. 0/10

Defective product, I made the mistake of purchasing through an actual store instead of a department store and they would not replace. Tried calling customers service and was placed on hold for 20 mins before I hung up. So I won't be buying Mac products any longer due to this and nor will I be paying for my daughters. This company is deteriorating as evident by the complaints when googled. It appears the upper management needs replacement or perhaps more basic education regarding how successful businesses operate.

Recently I bought a M. A. C. Mascara in the Covent Garden store: it was just terrible, dropping down in bits, glued the eyelashes together and made my face dirty. What a waist of money! The lipstick was very mediocre. Lips feel dry after using it. I won't use M. A. C. Even if I'm given it for free.
The last and not least - the till woman got my email address under the false pretences of sending me an invoice only to say that this function isn't working. Now I'm bombarded with the M. A. C. Spam and no matter how many times I block them or unsubscribe I still get their emails with their disgusting products. It all looks very fancy both in the store and on their website but the quality of the products is below any appropriate level.

I ordered from a company called filler world cosmetic they took my money promised shipping and tracking info but I never got it and they won't respond to emails text or calls, just so happens yall have the same address and phone number

Great collections of cosmetic products are available. Not so affordable but worth the money because of its premium quality. I love their all lipstick range. They are super long lasting and never makes your lips chappy. Nice products and recommended to all.
