This company is a SCAM. I made a purchase for a demo T -Rex Trike and never rec'd it. Tracking # would work for the first 2 weeks then it wouldn't. They went as far as saying they shipped the bike to another customer. They claimed to have sent second with tracking # and nothing. I LOST $3850. 00... The seller then stopped writing back to me. This purchase was made Oct 2015! Please dont use this site.

We placed an order to Shanghai Huanan Steel through Made-in-China.com. Total cost of product was $6408 and we transferred them $3204 on December 22,2023. Transaction ID *******775.

Upon non receipt of items I contacted dispute1-at-Made-in-China.com on February 22,2023 and Georgina asked me to pay the renaming $3204 for the order to be shipped. So we transferred them reaming $3204 on February 22. Transaction ID *******777.

Now it's April. Vendor is lost. Same Georgina is saying we are just a platform and not a party while I have it in writing from her to transfer remaking 50% amount for the order to be shipped.

It's not about vendor being at fault or otherwise, the platform needs to take responsibility and provide safety to customer. We don't the vendor we are relying on Made-in-China while making payment.

I hope someone responsible will look into it and customers will make sure they work with Alibaba if the payment is large and need assurances of completion.

Your site is a scam site and you need to look at your scam sellers and staff who do NOT give a dam, I have been waiting since January 17th for my order, Your staff have put the date now for shipping to February 17th, DISGUSTING... The seller HIHIR1219 WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS From myself or DHGate staff... I want my money REFUNDED, You have the worst customer service on this planet and you should be SHUT DOWN as a scam site... YOU need to deal with this instead of stealing money from people. OF COURSE YOUR A BILLIONAIRE AS YOU RIP PEOPLE OFF... DIANE WANG

I sent $998.00 to Yuchang Yili Machinery co. LTD for farm implement. They continue to deny receipt of my money and refused to sent my paid implement. I complained to Made-in-China customer service people which they have ignored my inquiry.
Bottom line, after 3 months of frustrating struggle Made-in-China and it's product provider, Yuchang Yili Machinery are proved to me as scam and fraudulent. I learned my lesson on dealing with Chinese. Be warned!
