We ordered what we thought to be unique trophies for our car show. They needed payment before shipment. When we received the "trophies" all it was was hand cut out paper that was supposed to be "glued" on the trophy, they couldn't even do this correctly. The other parts of the trophy were broken. The "custom plates" that had the class and names on them, printed from a bad printer, cut out by hand (not even straight) and some falling off. When they were contacted about the problems, they refused to talk about it and said that the will accept the return, but for each item there is a restocking fee and a custom set up fee... these fees all added up mean each item returned would be just giving them back the item and no money returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
