Yesterday I saw a $2000 bag with $550 clearance tag! You never find that kind of deal online. Maybe if you actually go to an outlet? Although I wish they display them more carefully so that it doesn't get small scratches.
I bought a shirt that cost me$25.i wore once and some buttons fell down.I went to return in Orland Park location she refused to return. Very bad attitude,she said you have to check all buttons before buying shirt.

Great prices on quality merchandise. My daughter find Coach flip flop there at a bargain price. There few only but you can find them and many other brands. Is worth the vist.
Marshall's was my first try. I've already ordered a number of times at this site, only experienced good experiences. Usually I have my order within a week at home.

I finally stepped up to give my review for Marshalls Dept store online ordering. First I would like to say I love Marshalls but I gave them 1 *Star here tonight as this review is long overdue. If your a Marshall's customer stick to shopping in store and not online ordering. All I wanna no is why you would make your customers wait well over two weeks for an item to be shipped out to them. It is three weeks before they get my item I purchased. Then when I receive it it's usually smashed and I have to make a trip to the store because I don't wanna wait 6 weeks to get my money back. This is a huge issue and it's gotten worse since you switched companies from fedex and ups to LS. I'll show up at my door with smashed items all the time and I did contact Marshalls several times nobody has offered to look into it at all, they don't even care. They just keep using the same shipping carrier called LS, which you cannot contact them if there's a problem with your order there is nobody to contact. Sometimes this company lets your items sit in their warehouse for 2 to 3 weeks before they even deliver it and that's after Marshall's took two weeks processing it. I'm upset and I'm taking my business elseware. I'm done!

I've shopped at the Marshall store located at Baltimore Inner Harbor ever since they opened their doors several years ago. I stopped shopping there since I noticed that they are trained to racially profile black or brown people as potential shoplifters if you shop at this specific store. They have undercover people follow you around the store and then today they basically had someone trail me out the door while asking the security guard if me and my 2 children had stolen something. I had just completed a purchase for $69 for a few items that I bought at this store. Keep in mind, I've owned a home for 15yrs across the street from this Downtown Baltimore Inner harbor store and have spent thousands of dollars supporting most stores in the inner harbor neighborhood. I'm a 48yr old woman, college educated, and make a very decent income... and yes I'm a black woman but this is not a reason to be mistreated and wrongly accused especially in front of my children. I now have to drive out to the county to shop at Marshalls. They seem to be trained to treat their customers equally regardless of ethnicity. This is very sad and needs to be addressed to management's corporate office.
I went to the Marshall's in Markville Mall, thee was a staff called SADHANA she was helping my family and was checking the price for a shirt and before she even told us what had happened she took the shirt away and ripped of the price tag then had the audacity to tell me "to go to anothor both and wait I have to help other customers " after roughly 15 minutes my shirt still did not come back so I asked to cancel my transaction but she was like "no I can't cancel your transaction because we need the tag " and I was like we can't have the tag if you ripped it off. Another thing happened at the same Marshalls there was this couple that wanted help and the staff working ignored them sure she mabye did not here them but those lady's said it quite loud and the staff just walked away and from the corner of my eye I saw her roll her eyes
Marshals is amazing! Sister company to Canadian store Winners and the U. S discount department store TJ Maxx. It's a step up with more designer labels and a more organized store.

Depends on the location but usually very good store. Sometimes I can find really nice stuff sometimes nothing but usually very happy with what I got. Lenient return policies as well
I really like Marshall for home goods. Great prices and selection. I don't purchase clothing or personal items there selection and quality is lacking.

I love me some Marshalls every time I go in there I find a deal. Only thing I had is when you go to the clearance rack sometimes and everything is 12.99. That is not a clearance.
I love going to their store as they have so much to offer, in all departments, and great prices. They also have a great variety of sport clothing, which I love.
I bought a cluster of 3 socks. The first one I put on had a big hole the size of a half dollar coin, the second pair, had a vertical tear and didn't bother with the third one. I tried to return them but did not have a receipt but did have my bank statement showing the date of the day before I tried to return them, which would not accept but would only issue a store credit. WHY WOULD I WANT A STORE CREDIT FOR A STORE THAT SELLS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. So, I left the socks with them and would NEVER shop in that store. Normally, I don't shop in that kind of low end store, but I needed a couple of extra socks to take with me for my upcoming hospital visit. I'd rather pay more in high end store. Then they all wonder why they go out of business because they can't please a customer who proved they bought the socks in their store.
I cannot wait to see Marshalls go online for I have to shop in the store. Everything at Marshalls have great prices. I shop for panties, bras, pants, skirts and blouses. Love Marshalls
All the personnel at the Marshalls near me are extremely helpful. The store in clean and tidy. The best part are the prices and the wonderful fashions at the discount price.
I ordered something I really wanted/ needed on 12/30 and the ONLY LaserShip information I have was that my package label was created on 1/5 in Ashburn, VA. This is my first time ordering from Marshalls' on line store and may be my last. Outb of no where, the expected delivery date was changed from arriving between 1/5-1/10 to delivering by the 14th of January shipping was 3-8 standard business days). Again, I have zero tracking information to explain why the delivery was pushed back, where it currently is, or if it's completely lost. So I called the customer service line and, the person I spoke to was friendly. However, I was told to call back on the 15th, if my package hasn't arrived, for a full refund. I don't want a refund! I want/NEED the Juicy Couture keychain tri-fold wallet I ordered. I continously have left my ID and debit card in a uniform pocket or on the TV stand, by my keys, when going food shopping so, yes, this is a need at this points lol. I really hope it comes because I had a promo code for free shipping and they are now sold out so will not be able to find them in store either. Hopefully, if this order has to be refunded, I can find something as cute and cheap on Amazon!
I have ordered 3 times from marshalls.com 3 times I've received the wrong items or didnt receive the item at all after saying it was delivered. There customer service is a joke. It is the customers job to return the incorrect item to be refunded in 10 biussnuss days when all the customer really wanted was the item they ordered. Most likely if you try to reorder the item is sold out. Loose, loose situation all around.

I visited the Lapeer store and picked out a few items to try on. The Women's dressing room was closed and there was a waiting line to use the men's dressing room. That was fine and I was willing to wait. There was one person ahead of me and then another customer approached after me. The clerk was passing out numbers for items to try on, however, she was not keeping any order of who was next. When I asked her about the pecking order, she laughed and said whoever was at the front of the men's line was next which in this case was the person who walked up after me. I put my clothes down and walked away after telling her she was not effectively performing her job. The person in front of me did the same. I went to pay for a few socks I had inb my hand and reported the issue to the cashier. I thought she would pass it on to a manager but oh no! She apologized and told me she hoped I would have a better day to which I replied, "my day has been fine but your clerk in the waiting area needed to be replaced." She said it was not her problem. Isn't anything that affects a business any employees' problem? I mean it's your place of employment. I have been a frequent shopper of Marshall's but I dont think that will be the case in the future.
The item depend on which location you go to. Some Mrashalls are awesome and some are just not so great. They have an awesome selection of kids clothes and bath and body items.
My family wanted some items I had gotten me a colorful blanket for very cheap, a beautiful cheetah skirt, a comfy soft shorts, and some notepads for writing!

Ordered a few items at Marshals online. Great application, very fast accurate delivery. Pick a few items and was on my way to drop what is not needed at the store. I couldn't believe how terrible they system was - each item was compare manually and marked (yes by pan!) on hard copy of the order. If you wouldn't have it - it means "no receipt" (they wouldn't take just the order # from your phone) and will give you only store credit. By some miracle I had the paper, so they marked each item, then enter it into the system. They informed me that I still will get only store credit because I paid via PayPal?! My arguments that they should returned it via PayPal (not even 7 days since purchase was made) or to the credit card, which was used by PayPal and I had right there was ignored. The manager show me very small print on printed order paper that say that PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, etc… will get only store credit. Not that they tell you any of this when they offer you pay for your purchases with all of these services in addition to credit card. Dishonest misinformation! It was my first and last online shopping with them…

I shopped at Marshalls before my 25th high school reunion. I felt amazing wearing my new clothes and they sctuslly looked as if they were made for me specifically. Grest quality clothes.
