We have not used your site for many years and all of a sudden there is an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I cannot find anywhere to begin a refund process. I need information for this process.

Context:
I payed a premium membership on this site at april 2021 hoping i get some opportunity on modeling, i just apply 100+ castings and events, not even 1 notification or interest from this FAKE companys so after 5 months i just STOP of login on this site or APP, the day 31/03/2022 i just log in after almost 6 months and cancel my membership and also eliminate my account the surprise hits me when date 01/04/2022 i just get charged by 89.0 euros, supposed to be the renewal of my membership, but i send emails and always the same answer, they dont make refounds, so i ask what can i do? And they say to me that neither me or they can do anything my account does not exist and they cant refound, so they obbligates me to pay for a service that i cant use. Be aware of this sick company stay away good luck. Hope this review change your mind and save your money.
Hello Marcelino! Thanks for sharing your feedback. All the castings are made by real photographers and professionals. Landing a casting job is not easy, especially since competition is high. After your initial purchase, the details of your plan including the next renewal date and payment details are indicated in the confirmation email that we sent to your email. The email also includes information on how you can cancel the renewal from your profile so you will not be charged for recurring charges. Our apologies that this was missed.
I was sceptical at first but found some really good models for my shoots. Practical when you travel a lot as photographer as it's easy to check for new models anywhere. Also nice team, professional and responsive!

Very bad experience. Had account for many years. Created casting calls and suddenly my account went into review. Cannot communicate with models I was talking to nor see new applicants. Customer service is quite bad. It seems that they do not see what I write just answer some general text that does not respond to specific questions. They take days to respond with no resolution. They claim it is for quality but there are so many profiles that are quite bad and border on fake. I finally and didn't get me nowhere. Each time it takes at least a week to get some standard message.

My name age height and location along with roughly 5 pictures of me on their website and i NEVER registered to be on their website as a model, unless i'm getting paid for my pictures & etc i don't want to be on their website, and they could have at least chose good pictures!

Absolute scam! I have canceled subscription a year ago now I was charged $120 for next year how in the world the subscription is active again? Now I'm getting emails from them saying "it was automatic renewal it can't be refunded". What a BS! No, you are scammers and you are stealing money! Give me my money back you thieves!

It's definitely needed to have a platform to find models and this website and app works pretty well if you have the patience to try and learn how to find what you need. They have it all but tools need to be improved.

I applied to many castings and I got few TFP shoots. It was nice as I got super nice quality pictures without paying. Did not get yet paid projects, but happy as eventually it paid off as I got great quality pictures. Would recommend.

These people are unprofessional, perverted and disrespectful. This company allows inappropriate behavior and seeks out children for their personal perverted gain. They do not want parents involved so they can lure innocent children to their bs to take advantage of. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

They must prove they are professionals by providing websites, social media, and e-mails matching their identities. We do our best to provide the safest environment with our Safety & Trust tools.
In addition to that, we only allow minors at the age of sixteen (16) to create an account. We also require authorization from parents/guardians and we recommend that they participate during castings.

As a photographer looking for models, I was very happy with the result. I posted a casting notice and really good models applied. I contacted a few of them and shot with my favourite. She was really professional and full of ideas and suggestions how we could take my creative process further. Modelmanagement.com worked great for this and i haven't paid a thing to the site, so a good tool for photographers I would say.
