Best thing is that your last message that "always ask for GST bill and insurance papers from vendors". That really helps me to claim insurance amount on behalf of broken gas stove while shifting.

I got the best service at reasonable rates. My belongings arrived on time in a damage free condition. Highly recommended.

I hired them because someone told me good stuff about their company. They gave me one price at booking even though I did not go up on the stuff that I had once the contract mover came he said they under bidding me and went up $1000 just very unprofessional I tried to reach out to the person I have been talking to and he was unavailable. Four days later someone called me back extremely rude.

Do not use this company. You will be disappointed. Expected them at 9 AM. We had to call and see if they were coming. He told us they would now come at noon. Still no one. You can guess how the rest of the day went. No show at 3 either. By then after 10 phone calls later and no calls returned, we gave up. Very unprofessional company and basically they don't have a clue how to run a business.

Hired one out of three packers and movers as recommended by Moving solutions company last year. The packers and movers company team picked up house hold items and delivered only some items. The company recommended is a worst one with company name Super fast express packers and movers and person name is Asif (please do not choose them) Gas stove made of glass material was damaged completely due to careless packing and kurlon King size mattress has been lost by them. The company kept cheating for a month that it will be delivered and then stopped responding. Please collect the company license document and GST bill so that you can hold them responsible for fraud. Moving solutions will not take any responsibility for damage or missing things. Be careful while choosing the packers and movers.

When I was contacted by an agent from this company I asked several questions such as: Are you a moving company or a broker. I was informed that they are in fact a moving company. I asked, so a truck will show up at my home that says Moving Solutions? I was told yes. In fact they are a broker company. Selling off the contract to a second rate unknown other moving company. Seems also that after I signed the contract I could never get in touch with the person that was always there until I paid. Now let's talk about cost. It cost me another $3000 over their estimate when my stuff was delivered. They low ball you to get you to sign. I could have gone with a known full service carrier for the same price. Do not use this company, otherwise you will probably be sorry.

If I could give them zero, I would. This company seems to engage in bait-and-switch tactics. Even the actual guys loading the truck said this company seems to frequently have angry customers. After receiving a quote of $6300, the final walk-through increased to over $9000. I get it, the final walk-through was much more specific with me using a tape measure on everything, large boxes included. After I spent a week decreasing what I was taking, on the day of the move they increased it to $*******. Gave me some story about the long distance of the move, the impact of packing large items on the end total cubic space, etc. NONE of which makes any sense since my move distance didn't change at all, and the items taking actually decreased. Do their people taking my inventory and measurements on the phone not consider packing space requirements when giving the quote?!

Hired through another company, first and last time I will hire movers. Company was 1 day late and the became lost. The person calling us had limited english, we couldn't understand what they were looking for. Finally had everything loaded for move from VT to TN. In TN they delivered on a Sunday morning, my son in law assisted with moving the furniture into the house, very poor delivery men, had furniture brken, missing and scratched. Ladder was never seen again. Insurance claim was useless. Buyer Beware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
