I should have known better. Any company whom doesn't offer a phone number to talk to a live person for customer service purposes usually has something to hide. In this case they don't deliver. I ordered one these pos beds from this pos company on October 25th. They stated that I would receive it in 4 to 10 days. It's now 11 and the tracking hasn't moved since day 1. I emailed them several times
And received the same response that I shouldn't worry and they are monitoring the situation. The only thing they're monitoring is the money they're stealing from pet owners. Check the tracking out on this. ********************* from usps. Same message for 12 days.The package hasn't moved since day 1. Since when does USPS post that they're waiting. I'll tell you when. When they don't have the package because it's coming from another country. You think this scam company would tell us where they are located? Not this one.Next: They offered a deal on the internet that was supposed to be for $36.00. Without me knowing they hit me for $44 with the excuse that it was due to the size of the bed. I played the fool but they are going to learn the hard way that they screwed with the person!
