I have purchased these items before. Very happy with them. Prices are fair. I thought shipping was a bit high - I find that FedEx ground is usually less than UPS, but shipping rates up gone up recently across all carriers...

I love working with this company. I just hate how expensive shipping is. I've never had any problems with the product or anything else. Customer service is amazing when you call. My only problem is I have twice ordered something that I didn't intend to and have a bunch of stuff I'll never use.

The products didn't arrive in time for the event that I needed them for but knowing how long it will take gives me a better idea on when to order them.

I contacted customer support to help with the shipping price and they said it was fedex and nothing could be done. After I ordered they were able to adjust though, so now it's taken care of and I'm a happy customer! Thanks for your help post checkout!
