I ordered a long ombre wig for my anniversary this week and when I received my order the hair was short and looked nothing like the picture. I also attempted to get my money back after taking a pic of the wig they sent, and it still was unsuccessful. I do not recommend them and will never use them again.
Really like this hair, the shipping was quick and the length is the same with picture, What I liked about the wig is the hair is very soft, not as much shedding (little to none) which is great. Another thing that I found amazing was that the seller stayed in contact with me the whole way and was always very nice

I ordered a 360 deep wave wig and omg it is horrible. The hair sheds so bad and it tangles and mats up like crazy. I use the best products and it still mats up. I emailed her to tell her about the shedding and other problems and she tells me to use a wide tooth comb and comb it while wet, well I was already doing that, as I told her, then she asks me did I dye the hair and I told her yes, but it clearly states on the website that the hair can be dyed and permed. I finally got tired of going back and forth with her and just told her that I would leave her a bad review. Now the wig is really thin and terrible looking. Most of the hair from the back is all gone because of the matting and me trying to untangle it. The hair comes out in big patches. I will never order from that company again
This hair arrived so quick after my purchase, I was very happy about that because I needed it as soon as possible. Let me just say I am very impressed with this hair. I purchased the 18 inch and the best part is the hair comes pre plucked and bleached knots which saved me so much time. The hair is so soft and works well with just water and conditioner. I have no regrets at all with this hair.

This is by far the best wig I've received. Most of the time you never know when to purchase a wig because of mixed reviews but this wig is soft, hasn't had any major shedding for it to be a curly wig and the curls are beautiful. Hair may look thin when it's wet but once it dries this is the end result above.

Everything natural shine, silky smooth soft. No shedding, no split ends, lace is soft melts right into any skintones you don't have to bleach knot. Anything you do to your hair you can do to this, bleach, color, use any hair tools and products. I highly recommend it.
I ordered a wig on August 25th and never received it. They sent me an email showing it was sent back to them. Because they never picked it up from a warehouse I lost 200 dollars. I emailed almost 10 times an no monies were refunded. I'm only supporting black from now own.
