Thieves took my money

Paid for subscription august 2023,took my money immeditaly out of my account tried numerous times to get someone to help from mspy to get it on mynphone im not too tech savvy could not get a response says nothing about having to get target phone that why i paid for subscription just to be ignored then wjen i spoke to them this morning they would give me a couple of months free if i left good reviews about them i have screen shots of the conversation nothing like sitting back and thaking peoples money for free no wonder at home on line jobs pay so well

It's a scam website. They advertise having all the features, but when I purchased the 12-month package and completed the installation, I couldn't access anything. No WhatsApp, Facebook, call logs, GPS, messages... When I reported it, they said those features are only for the Unlimited package and suggested I upgrade by paying more. What the heck? I demanded a refund, they refused and said their network technician would guide me through reinstalling. Then they requested I have the monitored person's phone for at least 45 minutes for them to install it on my computer. After setting it up, they said I could monitor their monitor phone in the future but only if I connect their phone via USB to my computer and using the same wifi. What nonsense! If I have their phone in hand, why would I need to buy this app? It's ridiculous. And to top it off, they froze my account and claimed it would expire on 1/4/2024, while I purchased the premium package on 26/12/2023. I emailed them about this issue but got no response. I really don't understand how they got 4 or 5-star ratings. Definitely a scam!

Horrible do not download

I was told i was going to be charged 28. Instead they charged me 100! Ontop of it after an hour of installing and purchsing it i was logged out of my account and couldnt log back in. They dont have a number you can call and ontop of it there online support didnt get back to me for almost a week. Im telling them that i want my money bck as i thought i was only being charged 28 and now they refuse to give it back. This app is the worst do not give them your money!

Majority of the functions only work on Android but they don't advertise it that way. I asked for a refund immediately after purchasing and they refused even the app doesn't work as advertised.

Parentaller/Mspy Scam

I purchased the Parentaler app, went through the buying process thinking I was purchasing and it was not until AFTER the purchase process that you start getting emails from Mspy, saying that's the product you've purchased. The Parentaler website says it will work on iOS13+ however because you've unknowingly purchased Mspy, which does NOT work in iOS 16, THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. When you ask for a refund because the app doesn't work on iOS they quote the mspy refund policy, which you have no idea about because you purchased off the Parentaler web site. All in all the whole thing is a scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MSPY OR PARENALER, THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK IN iOS.

Its a scam

All these positive reviews are a joke. The majority of features don't work and if you need assistance you have to pay for anything beyond the service rep copy/pasting the useless documents that didn't even make sense. I used to use spyzie and was MUCH happier with their reliability and customer service!

Never trust them

They are very bad when they are selling the subscription they will be behind you and give you false information once after you buy their subscription they won't even care you and then they tell that you have agreed to the terms and conditions this is how the app works. Trust me while purchasing the app it's all the fake information they give you don't ever trust them and loose your money. After buying subscriptions getting hold of them is almost impossible. Don't waste your money as I did.
