I purchased mSpy with the hope of using its features to monitor a device, but I encountered nothing but issues. First, many of the features, including the screen recorder, did not work as advertised. When I reached out to customer support, they gave me vague instructions that didn't solve the problem. After submitting a refund request, I was told that I had to use an optional service called "mAssistance" instead of a refund. Even though I didn't request or authorize this service, I was charged for it. When I contested the charge, their support team simply pointed me to their refund policy, which seems designed to avoid refunds under almost any circumstance, including technical failures. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was left feeling scammed, as mSpy refuses to honor a refund for a product that didn't meet expectations. Their customer support is unhelpful, and their policies are overly restrictive. I would strongly advise others to avoid mSpy. There are better, more reliable alternatives on the market, and mSpy's service and policies do not reflect their promises. EDIT:

At this point, complaints have been officially submitted to all competent authorities, including the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), the Romanian Police, the Cybercrime Division, the European Consumer Centre (ECC), and the European Data Protection Board (EDPB). All relevant documentation and communication have been provided to them as evidence. Your refusal to address the unauthorized charges, despite multiple amicable attempts, has now escalated into formal investigations at multiple levels. Trust is important in parenting, but so is safety. My daughter told me she was at a friend's house, but mSpy showed she was somewhere else. After that, we had a real conversation about honesty.

The company makes false advertising, offers a service that does not exist after purchasing the plan they demand that we purchase a larger plan that is not listed on the website to have more benefits. I do not recommend it to anyone.

This company literally took my money without using the product. After I accepted the service with a discounted price of 34$ I realized quickly it would not work with the devices I needed. I needed to monitor my child's IOS from my android. I was then charged 75$ instead and immediately notified customer service of my error and that I had NOT even downloaded the software let alone utilized any part of the service. I didn't even complete my information for the subscription. I have been emailing them for 2 weeks regarding a refund with NOTHING but refusal! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
