Don't do it!

I was looking into getting MSpy or bark to monitor my kids phones. I had a chat with someone from MSpy because bark you have to have a computer to monitor everything. So I made sure I didn't have to have a computer that I could do everything from my phone. The guy I spoke with told me I could use all the features from my phone. I ended up going with them and paid over $350. Come to find out you can't do everything from your phone. All you can do is track them and see just the phone numbers they call and text. You cannot actually see the text. Which I was told you could. Now they are refusing to give my money back so I'm out $350+. My Verizon family does all of that for $4.99 a month. They are ripping people off. And you can't do most of the things even with a computer for an iPhone only an android. Save your money! It's not worth it. And they will NOT give your money back if you are unhappy with the service!

I bought this software, as well as their remote access technician support and 24/7 support and now they tell me it will not work on i14 with iOS 17 unless the device and the PC/Mac are on the same Wi Fi network and even then it will not provide WhatsApp monitoring or photos...their sales blurb says "access the device from anywhere, without the user detecting it"...DO NOT spend your money on this.

MSpy provides WhatsApp monitoring, photos, and other features via Wi-Fi when both the target iOS 17 device and the monitoring PC/Mac are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This requirement is due to the security protocols introduced with iOS updates, which are beyond our control.

The phrase “access the device from anywhere” applies to certain functionalities, which are clearly explained in our product documentation and depend on the configuration chosen during installation.

Suspicious practices

WARNING - Suspicious Practices and Dubious Payments

- Company switches names between mdtation.pro and brainfield.pro
- Customer service ignores refund requests
- Refuses to provide chat history
- Company based in Cyprus with Latvian phone number (+372)
- No service provided after payment

My experience:
I was charged multiple times for a supposed "extreme plan". No access or service was ever provided after payments. Customer service refuses to acknowledge payments despite bank evidence.

My advice: AVOID this company. If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately.

Stay away from both mdtation.pro and brainfield.pro - same company, same scam tactics.

SCAM big time Scam

Please don't make the same mistake as me because I didn't pay attention on people's review and now, I got big scam. Nothing works and even to speak to customer service, they want you to pay a fee for that access.
