Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. They take days, sometimes a week to respond. You cannot call and talk to a live person. They only offer chat that you have to schedule. The app doesn't do what they advertise. I spent over $300 and they have refused to refund me even after following all their instructions. Do NOT buy!

My girlfriend and I chose to embark on an intriguing experiment. We installed the mSpy app on each other's phones. Personally, I believe this has significantly bolstered our trust in one another. Moreover, it provides me with the convenience of knowing her whereabouts at all times. This feature proves particularly handy when I need to pick her up from a location.

I am absolutely thrilled with mSpy—it's an exceptional product. I've experimented with nearly every alternative on the market, only to be left feeling frustrated due to various reasons. Whether it was because the product was inconsistent, leading to disruptions for both my kids and me, or it required me to tediously search for specific features—like navigating to an actual page once a website was detected—nothing seemed to fully satisfy my needs.

However, mSpy has excelled in all areas so far. The installation process was seamless and hassle-free. The reporting feature is impressively smooth and easy to use. Overall, mSpy has provided a superior user experience compared to other products I've tried.

My auto renewal was turned off on 11/8 and I was billed on 12/16. I have the email to prove it. I submitted an inquiry with no response for 4 days although the turnaround time should have been 24 hours. I had to start a chat. The issue is now being sent to the billing department.

I made a purchase and it was advertised at their website that for iPhone doesn't need physical access for the target phone and can be accessed through any browser, but that was not true at all. After I made the purchase, mspy didn't work and I have been told I need physical access to the phone and I can only access through PC after downloading a software. I requested a refund which has been denied. Stay away from it as the will take your money and fulfill their obligations. Bad experience big time

While I generally appreciate the app, I've encountered an issue with the screen recording function—it doesn't seem to work for me. I would urge the developers to address this concern as it hampers the overall user experience. Also other thing I would like to improve is installation process. It was not so easy for me in the beginning.

This company had me pay for 3 month trial then turned around and auto renewed it for 12 months charging me 180 dollars right before Christmas then said I'm sorry the reasoning of you wanting a refund dosnt qualify have a good day! Then the subscription stopped working not even 24 hours later so basically gave them 260 dollars and got nothing but rude customers service thanks again mspy your a joke!

Constant issues. A lot of inconsistencies. Customer service has stepped up recently though and at least answers the chat but is often unsuccessful in resolving things. Escalated several issues non have been resolved

Doesnt work as advertised for iPhone... no refund. It took forever to do backup and nothing happened. They offered free remote access it's $40 I think they will tell you when you purchase the package.
