I have had issues over the past couple of weeks. Tech had to remote into the target a few times. Problems were resolved. Tonight, I had come to 2 days until subscription ended. Sales Agent, Allan Cooper, was so incredibly helpful. I was thinking of maybe renewing for just 3 months, but we made adjustments to the account and I plan to renew for the year. Thank you for your help and understanding. Great experience!
