Thanks to USTECHSUPPORT's new policy, Technician "Joshua" was able to both answered my initial call, then provided immediate support. It was so nice to work with just one Technician! Once Joshua and I briefly discussed my concerns about command (Cmd) netstat IP addresses listed on my PC Laptop, he remote logged-on, installed corrective software, removed suspicious software, then enhance my computers performance. I really like USTECHSUPPORT's new policy allowing the same Technician to both take initial calls then provide service. Because of this new policy I'm much more likely to recommend USTECHSUPPORT to family and friends. I currently have a 2 Year (+6 Month) pre-paid service contract. I would gladly buy a longer contract now if one were available. Especially if I could be assured of receiving the concise prompt professional service Technicians like Joshua provided when I need assistance. Thank you USTECHSUPPORT!

My computer froze and a message displayed indicating that I'd had a security invasion. I was directed to call Microsoft at a specific number. After being told that the computer was in dire straits, but they could fix it, I was told that I would need to purchase a $249 security program. This alarmed me, so I hung up and called US Tech Support for advise. You took over and, seemingly solved the problem. So far, it looks as though Ralph, the technician did a thorough job. Time will tell.
I have been having problems with the audio on my computer and the technician figured out what was wrong with my computer. He told me that I needed some external speakers, because evidently there was a problem with my internal speakers and the wiring. So I am going to get some external speakers and continue to use my computer until I can get another one. My computer is old and outdated.
