I just had my service transferred to a new computer. The transfer was efficient and timely. As usual, I have no complaints.
I have been using this service for years even though I thought it was kind of pricey. Now they are charging additional for clean up software and early detection software. I thought that should be part of what I'm already paying for. I may have to look for other options.
US Tech support are always there to help I am thankful they are only a phone call away. I like the fact that I can talk to a technitian straight away and I dont have to wait 6-8hrs for my PC to be fixed.

Thanks to USTECHSUPPORT's new policy, Technician "Joshua" was able to both answered my initial call, then provided immediate support. It was so nice to work with just one Technician! Once Joshua and I briefly discussed my concerns about command (Cmd) netstat IP addresses listed on my PC Laptop, he remote logged-on, installed corrective software, removed suspicious software, then enhance my computers performance. I really like USTECHSUPPORT's new policy allowing the same Technician to both take initial calls then provide service. Because of this new policy I'm much more likely to recommend USTECHSUPPORT to family and friends. I currently have a 2 Year (+6 Month) pre-paid service contract. I would gladly buy a longer contract now if one were available. Especially if I could be assured of receiving the concise prompt professional service Technicians like Joshua provided when I need assistance. Thank you USTECHSUPPORT!

Had them remove unused or distracting apps. I have had US Tech service for several years and have always had quick responses to my problems. My Clean PC seems to have taken on their professionalism and quick response time.

My computer froze and a message displayed indicating that I'd had a security invasion. I was directed to call Microsoft at a specific number. After being told that the computer was in dire straits, but they could fix it, I was told that I would need to purchase a $249 security program. This alarmed me, so I hung up and called US Tech Support for advise. You took over and, seemingly solved the problem. So far, it looks as though Ralph, the technician did a thorough job. Time will tell.
I have been having problems with the audio on my computer and the technician figured out what was wrong with my computer. He told me that I needed some external speakers, because evidently there was a problem with my internal speakers and the wiring. So I am going to get some external speakers and continue to use my computer until I can get another one. My computer is old and outdated. U.S. Tech support is a great company and I will continue to use them always!
I still get some kind of message that pops up wanting me to okay something... that I didn't okay... It's strange and it just keeps popping up. Next time it does... I'll write down what it says... It's asking me to okay something... I'm sure my tech rep didn't put it on there. If it comes up and does not go away. I will call back. Your Tech reps are amazing people.
