I originally had a blue screen error, which i tried to fix by researching possible solutions. They helped me resolve my internet connection problems, without having to factory default it.
So called free version offers far less than ccleaner.

Good experience. Seems trustworthy and competent, which were the biggest factors for me. Professional tech that was able to diagnose problems. Only reason I am giving a 4 as oppose to a 5, is because I was immoderately run through a scripted offer to purchase anti-hacker software the moment I got on the phone with them. This was my very first encounter after having just subscribed to the service. Maybe make a softer offer once we establish a bit of a relationship. Otherwise, great service. Thank you.
I had over 3500 spywares getting in my inbox reading my emails and trying to scam me out of something thanks for US Techsupport they save everything.
Beware of others claiming they are from US Techsupport I had one call me yesterday wanting me to go to Walmart and purchase a $ 500 google play card and give him the number off back than he said were going to issue me a refund back, that's a bad apple knew he was trying to scam me it was all about my clean ID this dude is not from ustechsupport. Always make sure you call the original ustechsupport.
Everything possible was tried, they are very knowledgeable and helpful, my tech Jamie took extra time to get rid of malware from my computer. Printer is no good, now I need to buy another one, he even helped me with that also.

I purchased MyCleanPC, MyCleanID, and Hotspot Shied. With several attempts, previously, the softwares could not be installed because of pop-up error messages. The technician took the time to find a solution to the problem by removing the error messages and then re-installing the softwares on my Laptop. I can access the softwares on my device now. The softwares I purchased are up and running.
The USTech technicians are so knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. My experiences with them have been excellent. I have had problems with my computers over the years that would have been virtually impossible for me to fix myself. USTech was always able to take care of the problems.

A tool to work on my computer and was dismayed to find it was a service. I sent an email to cancel and then removed it from my laptop. Which is11 years old.The next month, wham another $19.95 left my account.
I freaked out ran to my lt and started a chat. Jack was his name. I tell him I don't want the service because I can't afford it. (True) On and on I go. Jack calmly replies I have turned off the monthly fee and before you go, please let out technicians fix your problems for you. Enter Jamie Carter.
