I've had problems on going.not acknowledging a person walking infront of it to not sending alerts.the sound stopped working do I didn't hear the alerts.
I have tried to contact the company for help after the survalence camera wouldn't reset.so im left with a survalence camera heading into the garbage.no.I mean zero customer service.never will buy one again from this company...

Purchased these lights to go around my garage door, 10.4 meters. Looked at the box 12.4 meters perfect NOT! After I got home there is 7 meters of actual lights and 5 meters of useless extension wire. Then I noticed fine print on the end of the box describing how they calculated the length. Tried to contact them through support and it just has an absolutely frustrating robot giving you no assistance. Stick with Noma lights, the measurements on the package are the light string length

I bought a pair of Merkury security cameras on ebay, thinking I was getting a good deal. In order for these cameras to function, I have to install the Geeni App on my phone. Geeni crashes and keeps notifying me to clean the cache, even though this is the first time using it. If the app doesn't work then the cameras are useless. The app also takes up 182 megabytes on my phone. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered.
