Myglitzychick

I bought a make up product from this website in December of 2022. In May of 2023, I started receiving automatic charges of $29.97 "per month" (see the screen shot they charged me twice in July) totaling $209.79 before I caught it. When you call their "customer service" number + 1 *******367, some of the representatives will say that they they are a third party company for "My Glitzy Chick" and some will say that they actually work for the company. All of them said that by making a one time purchase, you automatically get enrolled in a membership program that you have to call and cancel. They said that they sent me an email telling me that they were enrolling me, but I cannot find this email. They will not refund me! I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one! They keep telling me a supervisor is going to call me back, but it has been three days and no one will call me back. THIS IS A SCAM. See the screenshots. Their website is spelled https://myglitzychick.com/ but the email I JUST GOT saying that my "membership" was cancelled is from GLITSY CHIC...NOT glitZy chicK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
