I'm so happy with the wallet I ordered was from my daughter to her dad and he nearly broke down crying and was quick delivery as well and especially love how you can put your own message on the back of wallet
Not only did it take a whole month but the product is garbage! What I thought would be a beautiful sentimental gift turned into a embarrassment. The photo aged my daughter and I by like 15 years. When contacting their customer service they did nothing to rectify the situation. They kept explaining their equipment that manufacturers their product. Absolute waste of money! Don't waste your money because 2 out of 100 people got a good product!
I havent recieved the product yet but watch your bank account when you order from here. My order with tax and shipping (plus they charge you $3 without a warning for "VIP Cart Service") came to $40 which was reasonable and that's why I ordered. However my bank account was charged over $60. I have sent an email but have not head back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I thought a personalized wallet would be a great Christmas gift for my boyfriend but they seem to be incompetent and can't actually make your personalized item look anything like the picture you send in (which is the whole point). I wasted 35 dollars on a very disappointing and honestly just all around ugly looking wallet. I tried to email their customer service email and they were absolutely no help and said they could only refund me 15% ($5.25... not even worth it). Not helpful at all. Now I'm out 35$ and need to think of another gift for me boyfriend. Please just save yourself and don't give this company any money it's practically a scam.

Ordered a plaque looked amazing on pic lovely little wooden stand paid £16 for FedEx delivery... I ordered my husband a wallet for Father's Day 2 weeks ago! I'm highly upset because his wallet will not be here in time! When you email customer service they feed you lines of bull $#*!! I haven't even received my order yet and I already hate this company! Customer service sucks! Never give you the information you're looking for, their customer team is incredibly rude! The last chat I was in was very unhelpful and they kicked me out before I could even reply! I should have read these reviews first cause majority is just crap! I pray the order isn't messed up and looks the way it's suppose to but I do not hold on hope for that as this is the absolute worst service and company I have every in my life encountered! $#*! this company! Wish I had seen this site before I ordered from them! Website states 5-7 business days to process the order. What it doesn't tell you is shipping is a flat fee of $10 and it will take 10-15 business days (yes that is up to three weeks, minimum of two weeks). I've been tracking the order and for the last 5 days it's been somewhere about 15 minutes away and hasn't moved. Their website didn't say anything about how long it would take to receive my order until I paid. This was a gift for my daughter as she's off to college but she's already left and we still don't have her necklace. I asked for a refund and they said no because the order is already on its way. Yeah been waiting a month and still nothing. Do not buy from them!
Ordered the first of December finally received the photo necklaces I ordered on January 4th. Told the two people their gifts would be late. Opened them up you could not even see the photo with the naked eye. Had to use a magnifying glass to see. Emailed company telling them I expect all my money back waiting for them to respond. It's been 10 business days and my package is not only not here, it's not even in the U.S. It's in China. I normally am not this stupid, but I fell for their advertising, and believed it would be a quick Christmas gift. The customer service reps respond like bots. 1 out of 10, would not recommend.
I ordered 2 customized items on Dec 4th. The website stated it takes roughly a week to produce and a week to ship so I thought I had plenty of time. Here I am, after Christmas, and still no items! I emailed several times and once they finally responded they just said they are busy with high demand. This company is a total sham. I would NEVER recommend using them. What a headache.
I paid $80aud for two wallets. Absolutely terrible, looks nothing like the original photos. One photo print is basically non existent and when ask for a refund they say it's not a fault. Really wish I ordered from PayPal cause they don't care what the product looks like and send you absolute crap.

Over and over. I have not received mine. It's past due and my only gift for my 20 year old granddaughter to put $ in and gift card. It was suppose to be special of her and her boyfriend. Out of country I find out now. Pay pal is how I PAID. Hoping to get refunded. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. No product. Should be investigated.
Don't buy it! Be aware it's not glass, it's a cheap acrylic piece and a even cheaper piece of mdf. I wish I could have my money back - all I got was 20% of my money back after complaining of the extremely poor quality lol. A joke! To say I "not satisfied" is an understatement. I am very disappointed with the customer service, the products and overall company as a whole. I ordered the items in early December under the impression that my order would be here before Christmas. In fact, that is the only reason I chose your company over others. I contacted customer service to make sure it would be here in time and was not told any different. The deception of the website and customer service is very disheartening. I finally received the items today and I am also disappointed with the quality. The key chain is so poorly made that you can barely make out that there is even a picture on it. I am embarrassed to give that as a gift. I have not opened the box of the puzzle but again the quality from just the outside of the box is poor. I would think that given nearly 2 months I would be given a better product. I really hope this was a fluke and you do not do business like this regularly.

Remarkable little front wallet. Will not hold more than a few cards. You can fit more like some have said, but not very comfortably. Remarkable leather. I have had it for a week only can not say if it will last a long time but build seems good quality. No place for extras, so if you like to keep a lot of stuff in your wallet this minimalist is not for you. I am trying to lose the big fat wallet and so far do not regret it.
I ordered an engraved zippo lighter with a photo on it. Not even a month of having it and the photo has worn off. I contacted the company & they told me they will not do a single thing about it. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Jimmy, who I spoke to acted like he didn't even care. Never will buy from there again!
I left instructions to be followed before my order was made, to be given a digital proof beforehand. I left it in the comments section, the seller choose not to follow my instructions and sent the order instead. When I asked for a refund, the seller didn't reply to my email and on messenger, he or she is being uncooperative. I have tried to work it out with them, the fault is theirs alone.

When I ordered a personalized wooden guitar pick case with 3 picks for my fiance, one of the picks had a small error in the spacing. The quality of everything was great When I sent an email to this company I was met with an apology and nothing but professionalism. Vivian was very nice and gave me the option of a partial refund or a replacement. I chose a new one made and I know my fiance will love it! I will definitely be ordering from them again considering the quality and how well the situation was handled and quickly too!

I was excited about this gift. Spend 30 on 1-3 day shipping not including the 3 days it takes to get it shipped. I understood that, but once it shipped it said it would take regular delivery time which is 7-15 days. I reached out to their customer service and they said it nothing they can do. Why would you offer 3 day delivery if you won't provide that service. They won't even give my money back for the extra shipping. Terrible experience

So unacceptable, they mention a turn around time for custom orders but no where did it say it would talk almost a month to arrive! I have yet to see it.
