UPDATE: I just shared the review directly below but wanted to give some info for anyone else caught up in this scam. You need to file a complaint with your specific state's Attorney General office through their website. They have a complaint section. And AG's are voracious! Second, you need to file a complaint with the FTC. Go to the FTC website and look for the ftccomplaintassistant link. Enough reporting will help STOP this company. I found a complaint on another "review website" SAFEWEB. NORTON from 7 years ago! These guys have been getting away with it for that long. We all have to report it to and make enough noise to do any good. Please help.

Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Just like the reviewer before me, I bought two tickets to Hootie and the Blowfish 8 MONTHS AGO (December 6,2018) and spent $644. I'm so pis*sed! 2 hours before the concert and I was looking at the spot where I keep all of my concert tickets (I go to a lot of concerts but usually buy direct so I get the tickets pretty much immediately). Upon checking, I found that I didn't have them. Call the ticket broker that this group used and found out that these A*HOLES "didn't have the tickets" after all. Of course, they didn't refund my $644 and used my money for 8 months. Probably would have never bothered to tell me if I hadn't called. SO SO SO SO MAD and seeking revenge by the only way legally available: thru reviews and filing a complaint. Spread the word, put this unethical business OUT OF BUSINESS. Don't buy from them and probably won't ever buy from the broker who works with them again either (Box Office Tickets).
