Horrible retailer! Promised me a a credit if I would return as a customer - stupid me fell for their scam! They charged me immediately - without giving me the promised credit and then did not ship my order for over two weeks. Their customer service is deplorable. Don't be suckered in by their "low prices", you will pay much more in time, shipping, and frustration than the few cents are worth.

This possibly the worst internet company that I've ever dealt with! I ordered two tubes of Biofreeze from them, since that had a really low price listed for this item. They immediately billed my PayPal account for the purchase, then sent me an email stating that the item was not in stock and was on backorder. I needed this item quickly for my 88 year-old mother, who suffers from arthritis. Most internet resellers do not bill you for an item until the item is shipped. I tried to cancel this order, so that I could order from one of the many (reliable) companies that do have this item in stock. I tried to call the so-called Customer Service number listed on their website, but received a recorded message referring me back to the Customer Service email address listed on their website. They did not reply to my email complaint until two weeks later and only after I filed a complaint with PayPal. In their response, I was told the item would not be shipped until after an additional 2 to 3 weeks! I found numerous complaints about this company on the Internet and they appear to have a history of promising items which they do not have in stock, however they bill the buyer immediately for the item and are very slow to respond to complaints, often fail to ship the correct item, and even fail to ship an order at all! I strongly suspect that this is a business run out of someone's garage. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! There are many legitimate companies selling the same items, at competitive prices, on the Internet! If you purchase from MYVITANET.COM, you do so at your own risk! It has been almost 5 weeks since they failed to ship my order and I intend to pursue this complaint through PayPal until it is resolved. Suffice to say, I will NEVER order from them again! It's my feeling that they should be investigated for Internet Fraud!
Phishing scam. Collects your card info - stay away! Placed an order - no reply. Went on website and saw at least 20 bad reviews. Called card co - no one should take this card. Fraudulent website.
EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! No way to contact them by phone, email contact, only. Product (Biofreeze) ordered Nov 18,2010 & not received until Dec 29,2010! NO NOTIFICATION that product was out of stock! Spent $40 on the product buying small tubes locally, thinking: SURELY, my order will be here any day! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
SCAM ARTIST. RIP YOU OFF. Had to file a claim, they don't care. No product, no refund? This can't be a legit business. They didn't care that I told them I would file a claim. BEWARE and read the reviews, don't be stupid like I was and not check them out. This is normal for them if you check the reviews on several sites!
Ordered product and was advised after order was placed it was on backorder. They wanted to substitute another product. I told them to cancel order and credit my credit card. Order was placed on Nov 1. It is now Nov. 30th and I still have not received my refund. Would definitely not order from this website again. They keep
