So I went online and found that nailpolishcanada carries Sigma brushes. I ordered my brush and when it arrived, it was the wrong order. I was quite upset. I don't know what to expect the next time I order from here. Still love the website though.

The Backjoy I purchased through Nail Polish Canada cost less than the retail cost from the US manufacturer. 40 Canadian vs 40 Us plus no shipping fees! I saved $20 and got the same thing, but faster too. Gina also must check her emails regualrly and responded promptly with a question and concern I had purchasing from nail polish ca for the first time. It went great and I'm sitting on the backjoy right now. Thank you!
I am a big fan of OPI nail polishes, I ordered 3 from this site and it is not a real OPI lacquer. It is very diluted so you need to apply 3-4 layers at least, plus it has dull/matte finish, while the color is not supposed to and it started to peal off next day, which never happens with OPI. Only cheap nail polish behaves like this. Very dissapointed and feel like I was cheated.

I'm very sorry to hear that and for the disappointment. We only sell authentic OPI nail polishes and purchase from a Canadian OPI supplier. The only polishes that should be behaving like that would be the true neons. They go on matte and peal without the right topcoat. I've had problems with postal services in the past, and this time a NPC package didn't get delivered (though tracking info said it did). It wasn't Nail Polish Canada's fault or responsibility but they didn't hesitate to help me and reshipped the parcel. I dealt with Gina, who was always friendly, understanding, professional, and very prompt with all communication.
Couldn't say enough good things about this company!
I ordered my favorite "A\Rose At Dawn. Broke By Midnight" nail colour by OPI on Wednesday and on Friday it was in my mailbox all bubble wrapped in the cutest little box you ever did see. Super happy with the service and product.
2nd UPDATE: The customer service refunded me for the item missing from my original order, then sent me the product and gave it to me for free (I didn't ask them to do that, they offered). The issue was resolved to more than my expectations and I'm so grateful because there are a lot of things I love about this company. Word to the wise though, if you have a problem, contact them through Facebook and not email because they will respond faster that way. But know that they will do their best to resolve the problem(s) you encounter. Also, I love how they throw in a free sucker with every order, it's a really nice touch!:)
UPDATE: Since contacting them through Facebook, I have received a response, and they have offered to rectify the issue by sending me the missing product and sending me a full refund. I've changed their rating to reflect their willingness to help, but they should still work at their customer response policies so that this doesn't happen to others. If they fulfill all they have promised, I will update again.
[ORIGINAL POST] I placed an order with this company on Jan 22,2019, and on March 5th had have yet to see the order completed. I contacted them via email 3 times, and I never once received a response. I have tried contacting them through Facebook, maybe they will respond there? Either way, companies make mistakes, it happens. HOW a company handles their mistakes is the difference between a good business and a bad one. They have handled my order poorly, and appear to have no interest in fixing the problem. Very disappointing indeed.
Ordered some Seche products at great prices. Products were exactly as described. Shipping was fast and products were securely packaged. Would recommend!
